- President Joe Biden says the U.S will deploy additional troops to Germany in response to President Vladimir Putin's decision to invade Ukraine. "The U.S. will defend every inch of NATO territory with the full force of American power -- an attack on one is an attack on all.," Biden said on Thursday.
