As to your parting comments, yes please do a video regarding your installation of the batteries, sounder and transducer. I'll be very interested, and grateful for your input.
By chance would you still have your clear port I could buy off you?😂 I lost mine, if not how did you go about measuring your starboard for correct cut size?
Yea I deflate it just not a lot the longer you leave it deflated the more problems you’ll run into with the measuring tape. A day or two you’ll just have to push some air bubbles out after you inflate it.
I have this same setup. Have you tried mounting the Xi3 to this one yet? I saw the Rover video with the Xi3 on it, and wondering if it makes sense to buy the mount you created for that to use on the Rackham.
I haven’t tried it but I’m pretty sure the adapter would align differently on the Rackham I may design a new one just for the Rackham or tried to retrofit the one from the rover.
@@BlueSummitOutdoors I bought the “blemished” adapter you have online. Any chance you’re able to eye up those holes on your Rackham to see if it might work? I could always drill new holes too…
@@BlueSummitOutdoors Hey there. Sorry for contacting you here, but there is no contact on your website. I see that you charged me for the adapter I bought from you last week, but I haven't seen any kind of notification about it. Just wondering if you think it will work for the Rackham and if you're still sending. Thanks!
I always like the Bote look, but not their execution. After my Aero HD failure, I can't trust them. For anything Aero I stick with SeaEagle. I hope you have more luck with them then I did :)
Yes, please do a video of your pod design….genius setup. Also looking forward to seeing that Bixpy. Thx
You just solved my transducer problem. Thank you 😎

Do you ever deflate it? Curious if the measuring tape holds up. Worried about deflating and having it come off and leave residue behind.

Ok I’ll see what I can do👍

Yes I’m still trying to make it work for the Rackham. Hopefully I can get it shipped out early next week. My email is bluesummitoutdoors@gmail.com
You think this would hold up for use on shallow rivers and creeks?
I know it’s tough but i don’t know if it’s that tough.
