    would you be able to recommend a supplement for a 4 year old autistic girl? Will this be a supplement that the autistic person would take daily for ever?

    Hi Joya, I think it's so difficult to find magnesium threonate, can you advise a product to be used for kids in jelly or shewabble form ? Thanks

    • @yourautismgameplan1637
      @yourautismgameplan1637  2 года назад +2

      What I do for threonate (because you’re right, chewables are hard to find), is I empty the capsule into a drink or food or smoothie. I’ll put one in my fullscript list so you can find it there. I just added a powder and a capsule, so they’re by the bottom of the list - us.fullscript.com/protocols/joya-autism-essentials

    Can you please talk about onset late autism? My 3.5 years was speaking and now he can't communicate with words.
    So confused. In a matter of 2 weeks

    • @yourautismgameplan1637
      @yourautismgameplan1637  3 года назад +4

      It’s often helpful to think about what happened in the weeks before this onset? Any changes, new medications/immunizations, illnesses, doctor’s visits…that type of thing.

    My daughter is Autistic and has had chronic constipation since birth (7 years now) I want to get her off miralax and she needs something daily so I’d like to try oxide. Can you recommend a brand and how much mg how to shop for it? She’s also adhd and ocd. I’d like to try glycinate too for that and see if I can stop melatonin and see if that will have an affect? Can you give any advice on what brands and how to pick a good one? How to give it?

    • @yourautismgameplan1637
      @yourautismgameplan1637  3 года назад +2

      mag oxide is not goin to help as much with constipation. Magnesium citrate is great for that, and then next would be glycinate.

    Does a hot bath destroy the magnesium in the Epsom salt?

    • @yourautismgameplan1637
      @yourautismgameplan1637  2 года назад +1

      It doesn’t destroy it at all, but of course you’ll want to be really careful about how hot the water is before putting a child in it.
