In January 2024, I decided to learn Blender for 3D animation. Someone suggested starting with RUclips tutorials, but I found many of them confusing and dull, which led me to stop learning after a month. Despite this, I still had some passion for learning Blender. A week ago, I came across Ryan King's complete beginner tutorial, which reignited my interest and inspired me to resume my learning. I have now completed his beginner tutorial and am currently watching his lighting tutorial. Thank you, Ryan, for these incredible tutorials. I plan to watch all of your videos and, IN SHA ALLAH, one day become a professional in 3D animation.
Great work Ryan, nice to see the Supermarine Spitfire getting some love, not an easy model to make by any means .Our channel is just ww2 aviation story based cgi models ,we made everyone of them in Blender and all animated in Eevee so this is a very nice concise tutorial,as you hit on a lot of the stumbling blocks like we did and how to get around them especially the wheels, parenting , uv unwrapping etc .Top work and hats off to your sir , another excellent tutorial ...tally ho ..........subscribed !
I knew when you asked about the landing gear there would be a tutorial coming and looked forward to it 😊 I'm glad I could help you with the rigging. 👍 Great tutorial or kind of overview on techniques.
Hi Ryan, always love your videos, I have learned a lot from your tutorials. I think the Spitfire model is amazing, but I have one small criticism. The engine cowling just behind the propeller should be round to the same dimension as the propeller spinner cone to maintain the sleek lines. It looks a bit strange with the squared of profile.
@@RyanKingArt i highly appreciate your work. sry for delay in reply, somehow i got no message. now i return to the tut and saw your answer. besides, i had 2 flights with stick time in the american counterpart of the Spit, the P 51 H Mustang. breathtaking.
What a super video. Very many thanks! I got the model yesterday and love it. I can't model for the life of me. I have loved this aircraft for many years since first seeing one in the Hendon museum in London many, many, many years ago! What made you choose this aircraft?
What kinds of websites and keywords do you use while searching for reference images, particularly when you need specific angles of the same thing or something with measurement information?
Hi, great work! I've been trying to texture paint the panel lines on an aircraft I modeled a while back but everything time I change the zoom level, the brush size changes. It's hard for me to paint without zooming into specific areas. Do you know any workarounds for this by chance? Or did you just paint everything from the same zoom level and/or keep adjusting your brush size?
just a quick question sometimes when I’m trying to open a blueprint in blender it sometimes doesn’t show up were I saved. What king of a file dos it need to be?
Just got this from Gumroad not because I intend to use it in an animation yet but I have a physical model and this is another added to my collection. Is only missing the rwb on the tail and a pilot lol
Supermarine was the manufacturer of the Spitfire its evolutionary life to the superb 1940's ww2 fighter it later became was born from a racing seaplane which won the Schneider trophy cup for being the fastest aircraft in the world in the 1920's.
Hi you probably don’t remember me but about 3 years ago I commented on your sculpting tutorial and then you commented back on my “Jelly Domino” video. Since then I kept learning Blender and posting on RUclips and now my channel just passed 300,000 subscribers 🥹
More videos like this will help your channel gain more people especially because you are good at texturing you will nail it
thanks!
Yes, please more texturing and uv maps videos.
You've already made an awesome 3D airplane, while I'm still literally struggling to make a 3D paper airplane 😆
oh haha. Keep practicing!

Thanks so much for your help!
The part about using multiple UV maps was very interesting. I need to keep that in mind for future projects :D
Glad it was helpful!

Ahh yeah that's really hard. I can't really think of a solution for that at the moment

Very nice, can we get some on a modern warship?
Cheers!

WE ARE MAKING WORLD WAR EDIT WITH THIS ONE 🗣️🗣️🗣️
I wish I could convince Ryan King to join our small team to make games
Thanks, but I'm not very interested in making games, and I also want to prioritize my time for making Blender tutorials for my audience.
@@RyanKingArt For sure man, youre doing great things
First again and again
nice!
This will be what I do after I finish my robot course. How can I ask you questions about the robot course?
you can contact me on my website contact page.
