Sounds like he's upgraded to a sequential gearbox. With abit more practice getting in and out of the corners smoothly its easily a sub minute car. Good effort tho 👍

This appears to be the case of a car with too much power and weight. Looks nice though.
Wouldn't say it's too much power, just not a usable power band. If he slapped a newer gen turbo on this and dialed in the suspension, this thing could easily run 57-58.

What so almost every new car in existence can’t be a time attack car now just because they hover around 1500kg?
@@matthewjones3806 first of all a 90s supra is not by any means a "modern" car, second, i didnt say they cant be a time attack car, just that i dont understand it
whats the point of building a supra when you can put a 2jz into a gt86/brz which is a much lighter platform?
