- HTC Desire V is a mid-range dual sim (GSM / GSM) android phone by HTC and I do the unboxing, first boot and give you an hands on overview of this android phone. The Desire V ships with android 4.0 ICS has 1 Ghz processor / 512 MB and 5 MP rear facing camera.

hi ranjit..all ur vids are good..can u recommend a good wifi modem(good strength and also the best max range possible) for me ? im currently using the base modem that bsnl gave me with their connection and im getting frequent drop outs with it..

I plan to use a 3g data only sim(commonly for laptops and tablets) in slot 1 and a 2g prepaid sim for calls in slot 2.
My question is from what I understand, I can still get calls and sms(sim2) while using sim1(3g data only sim) but it automatically disconnect sim1?

Sir i am planning to buy a smart phone around 15k i was thinking for micromax canvas 2plus but i am doubtful about it since after sales service is very poor and tonnes of problems in it. I wans to use the phone for at least 4 years without any issues which wolud be best for me?

min 4'' screen 1 gb or 768 mb ram 1 or 1.2 Ghz process android JB or ICS upgradable good durability and aftersales service. Should i go with micromax?

i Bought this phone last year on december 23th (2012) hopping for best out of HTC... battery is not dat great but better than any other andiroid phone i have used(offcourse it has dual sim) For browsing i would recommand to use firefox app, not internet app(in dis video u were using internet app).

Actually it seems to be a problem in htc's midrange n budget phones in general especially in the web browser.the desire c(which has the same class of cpu but clocked @ a lower 600 mhz) had this problem too(it was even more sluggish).s duos doesn't seem to have this kind of problem.that may be due to a bit more ram that it has and a comparitively light and better optimised touchwiz vs the heavy sense UI which feels even more heavier on this modest cortex a5 cpu.
I just don't understand why HTC puts lower hardware with the price of higher mid range phones :/,
the only thng that worries me is the battery, not being user, serviceable. I imagine it would be costly to replace!

Well, If it is me, I will still Get an Android Phone, Android has Huge variety of apps, where as WIndows Os is Still Far behind in this,
cuz if i Get WIndows Phone , I will miss Lots Of Apps i daily use like : Mx player , Instagram etc.
