Talk about luck!! Getting to the airport on time with your wallet in hand, and you not appearing too frazzled, wow, I’m impressed!
If you put a plastic bowl in a tub of water, push it down until it almost goes underwater and then let go, what happens? It floats right back up to the surface. A swimming pool is like that bowl. The water IN the pool, keeps it in the ground. When the water table gets high, you can't empty the pool because it will float up to the surface like the plastic bowl. They must have decided to empty the pool in the middle of the rainy season when the water table was high.
Thanks for taking us along on the adventure. Your business sense and saavy have always amazed me and I have tremendous respect for you.
34:28 Netting = good to keep deer out of gardens.
35:52 boba (bubble) tea glasses
50:30 Need to use "dunnage" air bags to secure your loads. Truckers running Georgia Pacific in Green Bay will have free ones for you. -Ask every local trucker you see and they are reusuable $5-$10 each and use the Ryobi handheld air inflator ($20) to fill them. +Have the trucker use his straps and load bars.
Thanks for flying Delta
"I'm really tired, I should get on the road, OOH, another garage sale..." 😂
Nice strapping table buy. I'd take it home and just strap stuff for fun.
Remember to put the pallet of pillows with cover so leaks don't ruin them.
-been raining alot in Green Bay (Ashwaubenon) also. -Pallet covers would really help and see thru is even better.
@@jonmccormick8683 Yeah, roof leak made his warehouse floor look like it has more water than that hotel pool.
Slumber party at the warehouse with all the air mattresses and snacks.
Or better yet for the NFL Draft fans coming to Green Bay soon! He could squeeze a LOT of people in that warehouse and make a TON of cash!!
Love your videos. Thanks.
If a pool is left empty for a while, the ground water can float it up like a boat.
Vacuum tubes can be worth big money. -check the prices on a bunch of them. $ $$ $$$ (each) -especially the made in USA ones used for radio etc and guitar amps.
-and they don't take up a lot of space.
Gotta say when you said your rental was low on fuel I had the Slingblade quote typed up and ready to send.
The way the pool lifted up. Looks like they had an earthquake!!
Feel for you on that missed online auction…. The amount of times I’ve watched something for days and end up missing it by seconds!!!!! 😂
After misplacing my wallet three times in the past it is now only ever in two places - on my person or sat on the table at the side of my sofa.
Great job making it on the plane lol. Nice room but you would think upkeep would be better. Pallet auction was ok but seems like it wasn't as good as usual. Sorry you missed deadline for storage auction.
This may sound like I random comment, but as he was talking at the airport & kept thinking how much I love the Tourit bags. I own one I use for grocery shopping as they are insulated & I walk around town. With 1-2 ice packs I have kept ice cream mostly if not fully frozen.
22:23 Hydrostatic pressure most likely caused the pool to pop out of the ground.
The water table got too high for too long.
and the pool was prob. empty when it popped out.
I run across janlynn product quite often brand new and sealed.. we get 15-20 on them on the regular
If you have any clearance outlets for Pottery Barn around , it’s worth it to check them out . I remember you saying you’d love to get more of those items . 😊
I so love your channel!!
16 thousand square foot warehouse!? Sheesh! 🤤
Oneida Arbor Rose is the silverware I have.
I have bought replacements over the years on Ebay.
I probably have service for 20 by now, lol.
great sales!
That load of Walmart came out of Indy they lied to you.... Orange Walmart stickers are from sc, orange and white are from indy and green are from new York.
$2500 on that printer is crazy! That’s gotta make your “best flips” list
It’s probably in the top 10 most expensive eBay sales for me
Some times you have to just clean out and take what you can get to move forward!
If you had rented from ACE before, they should have your driver's licence & credit card info on file.
Duuuuuude! Never have I seen someone as lucky as you! Go buy some lottery tickets!!!!
Good Stuff!
That's a painful loss on that hookah crap, lol
🎉🎉🎉
I guess the cats will want some new toys from J.
Great video
36:25 those round floor pads are good money for carpet cleaning pads
Lost 4 grand on Hookah stuff but made a 1300-1500 profit on two new pallets in mere days. So lose some but win big on others.
21:18 - Probably an overdose on illegal or prescription narcotics... pretty common for a low-budget hotel / motel area...
I know this isn’t the real Geoffrey as he is probably retired. But toys r us has opened up / rented some space in a book store etc called WH Smith’s in the UK. Anyway they have soft toy Geoffrey’s in various size - baby, kid and adult sizes. No, I’m not shipping them to USA.
Lol if i could find the auction rabbit goes to he would have competition. I cant find that building on any auction zip or Georgia google auction house. Ill find it one day. Trying to find the auctioneer as well.
old national Hwy by the airport
Retail arbitrage is easy though, what are the hidden secrets other than your contacts and hidden gem locations? I learned how to do that by doing and thrive on clearance and certain areas. I don't film or report on it because people in stores know me by name and we have random conversations that are boring.
I looked at the hookah auction - just about what I suspected. I suspect RR has given up hookahs for life!
Send the air mattresses to red cross
Most likely every last one of them leaks
Great video as always keep up the great work 👍
Also I do see many vids on RUclips about reselling music equipment I been doing for years in Santa Barbara CA seem like its overlooked as far as vid content was interesting you thoughts on that thanks
Matt
58:07 spot the shopko boxes
I am surprised that air mattresses don't sell. Lots of people use them and they don't last forever. That said....that's a whole lot of air mattresses.
They get leaks really quick (that's why they add the auto air feature). The camping ones are more heavy duty.
The compressed air spring mattresses (Casper etc al) are great and arrive in a small (heavy) vacuum box.

20:00 That French cleat was incorrectly done, all the anchors are too near of each other.
Where do I go to see your auctions or bid on them?
If you go to the Titletown Auction site, it'll take you to the weekly auction
Where do you advertise your warehouse sale?
Wisconsin Liquidation Center on Facebook.
Sent you a email about candy
Hey John did you end up getting the mixed kcups boxes from the auction? If so can we buy some from you if the dates are long enough on them? (We’re in GB)
Sure, shoot me an email. I’ll need to try and dig them out of the back
@@ResaleRabbit Great! What’s your email address?
It's in the description of the video @@tracy3066
@@TheChristianna321 Thanks!
Who pays for all those damaged items from the truck? Trucking company?
It depends. Insurance claims, wholesale write offs, and transport reimbursement all happen.
Freight contracts spell out who pays for what.
Hopefully you bought the comics for like a penny or two each tops...if not overall, you're going to lose money.
Unless maybe if you sale them on bulk without individually listing each or letting the buyer go through each of them.
They came in on consignment. We ended up selling them all for about $1000. I wanna say they were split up into about 200 lots.
@@ResaleRabbit omg 😲 that's amazing!!!! Ur the 🐐!!
I talked to some of the boys and man are they mad at you. There complaining about you raising prices on everything lol. See, ATL is the hub of most of the distribution centers. So there is a ton of the stuff around here so we can't sell it as high as you can being so far away. Therefor we can not pay as much per pallet as you do. On average we do not pay more than 35% of what we will sell the product for. Example, table say retail for 350, we can only get at best 100 for it here. You, can get 200+. Now of course I am just referring to the larger things that most won't ship. I been going to a different auction now cause I don't want to compete with you lol
Rabbit has some good prices, though. In the Midwest where we live our pay is meager, so when Rabbit gets a good deal it means that we can afford some nicer things.
This is how capitalism works. Can’t be mad at someone who is doing it better and can therefore pay more to make more.
Atlanta is a central location for Port of Savannah and Charleston and Jacksonville intermodal. = Florida has a high population = easy for trucks to find loads going to Florida and hard to find loads going out = need to goto Atlanta to get a load going back. = many Atlanta warehouses and distribution centers.
-these Auction warehouses must be cleared out. = it does not stay around and must be liquidated. Being local, you actually have the advantage. -Also many freebies at the end.
One lady was yelling at me once for not letting anyone else have any pallets. I thought she was joking so I told her to bring more money next time. She was not joking.

Why are you speaking strangely?
