People forget, or don't know, that you've been doing this for a long time. So you have a network already set up to help you move product faster as well as your own dollar sales for the lower value items. You are also not afraid to negotiate with other vendors, like the truck rental on the extra day. But you can do that because you are a regular and valued customer. And end up with a nice tidy profit on top of it all...:)

You are. what you said the other day about what and how you have learned over a long period of time how to run the business that your in, is the way that anyone should learn how to run a business. there are those that have degrees in business that can't run a business. Hey bro. Just wanted to let you know I love the videos you do. I'm a self-employed appliance installer. Last year I grossed about 75,000 for the year not including any of the side work I did for those jobs. My friends said the same thing some commenters are saying what they don't understand is the power self-employed / business owners have when doing our taxes. We get to write off everything. So really the cost of your Warehouse electric the employees probably shipping all of that stuff gets to get all of that stuff gets to be used as write-offs. So at the end of the day taxes aren't a good argument at all. By the way you've inspired me to get into the resale business I plan on buying my first Amazon pallet at the beginning of the year! thanks for all the hard work man.
I for one have been inspired by your videos! I recently decided to purchase an entire tote for $8 bucks of electronics, cables, remotes, phones, etc on a whim. After going through and comparing comps I should be able to make $100 in sales on Ebay. BONUS I also found an air purifier that I thought was a modem of some sort. People will always have something to complain about... it's just easier for them to complain behind a screen name. Excellent turn around!
Fun to watch. You’re one smart rabbit. I bought 7 storage units and it was amazing to see the piles of crap get sorted and sold and turned into money. And piles to donate for someone to use. You killed it. Why didn’t the store just have a massive $1 sale. Keep the vids coming.
Tea is dry so will keep good, and will still be good for years after the expiration date. You can drink it at home or give it away to people that also not care about those dates. The pallets looks great, wish I could come to one of your dollarsales. 👍
Foods are "BEST BY" but if stored in cool dry area, lasts a long time. Potency isnt guaranteed though it won't hurt you. If items are in a can , they can be used but not to long after exp date. Especially if its acidic. I don't eat canned much and when I did get to use them, they were usually expired but not to long. I usually saved money on my sauces by adding canned we got from a food pantry.

To those of you out there that are saying he needs to factor in rent, utilities, or whatever, you’re absolutely wrong and rabbit is right. The only expenses to be added, for example, to the dollar sales, would be any extra help that’s being payed specifically for that job, any specific anything that you are purchasing specifically for that job. Period. Rent, utilities, normal expenses would not be included . This guy knows what he’s doing. Proof is the fact that he’s been in business for as long as he has been, and expanding! Even though I think he’s rough on handling his merchandise, that’s ONLY MY OPINION AND REALLY DOESN’T COUNT as ultimately it’s his business and his choice.

I know little about American sporting goods but I do know the Gildan brand is a mid-price range of blank shirts that are bought wholesale by people making their own designs so I'd say most certainly counterfeit stuff.

My friend, NEVER, and I mean NEVER, assume a call (or letter) from a credit card company is real. Instead, take the card out of your wallet, call the customer service number on it yourself, and find out if there is a problem/compromise on your account. (Or go to the website yourself online and log in - never follow a link from an email.)
Hmm, this looks more like either a pallet flipper who decided to try a retail store to move the random stuff -- or the reverse. Low counts of totally random "off-branded" stuff. Almost certainly he lost his Amazon account and didn't want to try to move it himself on eBay. (and most likely is a lurker here and that is how he knows you) Since Indiana is a BIG tranship hub there is a Liquidation.com (a better one than where I am too) and at least 2-3 other big operations. I did flipping, have three dings on my account just doing small time stuff and getting random IP/Counterfeit complaints. You NEVER know when those private labels will run a fake Counterfeit claim on you. Or Amazon will randomly pull a "suspected IP" on you. I found a good clearance source and got out of pallets after my last few bad ones. I need to get more listed on ebay though.

I have no problem eating it, but my customers don’t seem to like when I sell it.
