it is a very soft melody with a nice reflection on Christmas morning
is one of the simplest songs on the new album Voyage
Frida sings it sweetly and at the end the Stockholm Children's Choir joins
(as in 1979 in the song "I have a dream")
ABBA did a new special official video to "Little things " more conceptual, with Children as protagonists
ABBA decided to edit this video and release it as a Christmas single, as part of a campaign for UNICEF
As with "Chiquitita" in 1979, ABBA decided to donate its royalties to UNICEF too
In these álbum Voyage
there's a special song at the end:

I've got no idea how or where to ask you to react to a song...but I just heard a song that I've never heard of before by The Bee Gees ( thought I had heard all of their songs), it's very different, especially Robin's voice (took me by surprise!). I'd love to hear your thoughts about it....I believe it was released in 1966 and it's titled Monday's Rain...hope you will listen to it and do a reaction. Thanks

I think in general, newer Christmas songs that don’t employ a proliferation of the words “merry” or “Christmas” or the sound of jingle bells in the instrumentation, will on the whole not sound “Christmassy”. I dare say songs like Chestnuts Roasting on an open fire ie The Christmas Song, or Merry Christmas Darling, on first release or listening, didn’t sound Christmassy but eventually did due to its association with the season. I’m not sure if Little Things will ever reach that stature, but I think if it is played more and more over the years in December, it will start to sound like a bona fide festive tune. 😆
Suggestion: since it’s Mother’s Day, you might check out “I Am Your Child” by Barry Manilow. Barry says it’s the first “real” song he wrote with his friend lyricist Marty Panzer. It was written for a movie, but he also included it on his first album in 1973. It was also used years later on the Murphy Brown TV show, with Barry making an appearance on the show.
