He goes to police stations and hangs around outside them for who knows how long each time, waits for someone to say "You alright mate? Can I ask what you're doing?", and then he responds with, quite simply, weirdness....which is allowed! He's allowed to do that! But there's an element of insincerity that I just can't get over. He will never straight up tell anyone what he's up to..which again, he's allowed to do that! But the consequences from doing that are exactly what he gets himself into. Now, I do understand that maybe the police need to be trained to be able to deal with such situations, they should be able to deal with it. And you know, most of them do. However, the police are fallible because they're humans, and AB acts so suspiciously, refusing to co-operate..which again, he's fully within his rights to do, however there are terrorist acts in the UK, maybe not as many as we feel there are, because of over reporting and people not being able to digest statistics about such things, but people are fallible and maybe some of the police are being hypervigilant, and AB makes them anxious by acting very strangely. In a perfect world the police would be totally on the ball, able to deal with such things, but they're just human, they're fallible. AB is not a force for good, he makes his money by provocation, pushing and pushing and being uncooperative. If it's about teaching a lesson...where's the lesson?? Where's the openness about what he's doing? He provokes until the police have had enough and feel like he's harmless and then they leave him feeling confused. There's no lesson to be learned on the surface. Just here, in the comments, people are explaining the nuanced and subtle messages behind all this, all this confusion and provocation. And you're right, he can film where he wants as a free human, and he does, but his only reason for filming in these places is because he can. I'm within my rights to play music at whatever volume I want in my house, and free to play up to 100db after 11pm, but I don't, why? Because it would upset people. I'm allowed to cook my own excrement in my back garden on a bbq, but I don't. I'm allowed to do a lot of things that I don't do because doing so would quite simply, make me a bit of a jerk. Does he want photographs and videos of police stations for their aesthetic value? I don't feel like that's his point. He is just pointing the camera and recording their response towards him, no different to them recording his response to them. I was in Newcastle for a while when my husband was in hospital and you could not move up a main street or a side street without seeing police parked up or trawling the streets to try and catch a motorist for some obscure reason like a broken tail light. Funny then that they do not have anywhere near a good crime clear up rate. Over saturation for minutiae and the burglars and serious criminals can roam free and at their leisure it seemed to me.

Criminals like muggers and burglars are free to do as they please because of the fact that our prison system is overflowing with so many inmates due to the fact that our island home is only small the fact that illegal immigrants and asylum seekers are coming over here and committing crimes our prisons system is not designed to take so much overflow. We are only a small island and with the influx of people wanting to come here to live and finding it difficult for a place to live as much as the people who were born and live here is that they have had to put them up in hotels you can see the strain of all the money we have had to spend to book rooms for these people and unfortunately one of the effects of this is having an affect on funding the police forces such as police stations and the Quality of proper training they get as well as checks to make sure that they are sound of mind enough to work with the public. With in 15 or so years a lot of police stations have closed due to decrease in funding and iv seen this for myself as much as many other people have it now means that police have to now travel from much further afield making response times longer (when they are doing their job properly and not harassing the public and auditors).
it could be a lot of them have things to hide? for instance, what if they don't want to be on social media videos because they commited crimes while traveling or on vacation in a different location. they might be afraid someone watching the video might scream out.. '' that's the person that"- robbed me, or raped me, or beat me up, etc etc etc. even if they were to get caught at the time, they can flash their badge and get some "thin blue line" special treatment,,, report gets lost, info incorrectly recorded, evidence tampered,, etc, etc, etc. ?

The young policeman ( and posse) who came into the video at 12.25 was brilliant. He did his job assessing the situation and assessing AB. The banter between them had me in stitches. Never laughed so much. The young policeman quickly got it, he had a smile on his face, he knew the crack. The other officers were hesitant, stand off ish, and didn`t get the situation. There is probably an element of a generational thing, but over and above that, he had the right attitude, was approachable, engaging and at the same time professional. A credit to Northumbria Police.

Can't believe you went to Newcastle! I've witnessed the attitude and behavior of staff in this Job Center (Newcastle Cathedral Square), they are absolutely vile! I was stood outside one day waiting to get picked up by a taxi after a meeting for my job, and several of the staff were outside on a cigarette break. The things they were saying about unemployed people were disgusting. Really, nasty offensive stuff, pure hatred of poor people worse off then themselves, and a deep institutional hatred of their clients. He goes to police stations and hangs around outside them for who knows how long each time, waits for someone to say "You alright mate? Can I ask what you're doing?", and then he responds with, quite simply, weirdness....which is allowed! He's allowed to do that! But there's an element of insincerity that I just can't get over. He will never straight up tell anyone what he's up to..which again, he's allowed to do that! But the consequences from doing that are exactly what he gets himself into. Everytime the police come out and ask him what he's doing he acts with such righteous indignation, from simple questions, he acts like his rights are being infringed up, but they're not. Granted, sometimes he does seem to meet a right prick of a policeperson, and they're the ones that are triggered the most. He acts shocked each and every time yet he does it all the time, so his response is a lie unless he has a bad memory.
In one video with some security guards, they call the police, and he asks them not to because it will waste their time and the tax payers money....he doesn't care about their time or the tax payers money, because that's right at the core of where his content lies, pushing and goading people. Now, I do understand that maybe the police need to be trained to be able to deal with such situations, they should be able to deal with it. And you know, most of them do. However, the police are fallible because they're humans, and AB acts so suspiciously, refusing to co-operate..which again, he's fully within his rights to do, however there are terrorist acts in the UK, maybe not as many as we feel there are, because of over reporting and people not being able to digest statistics about such things, but people are fallible and maybe some of the police are being hypervigilant, and AB makes them anxious by acting very strangely. In a perfect world the police would be totally on the ball, able to deal with such things, but they're just human, they're fallible. AB is not a force for good, he makes his money by provocation, pushing and pushing and being uncooperative. If it's about teaching a lesson...where's the lesson?? Where's the openness about what he's doing? He provokes until the police have had enough and feel like he's harmless and then they leave him feeling confused. There's no lesson to be learned on the surface. Just here, in the comments, people are explaining the nuanced and subtle messages behind all this, all this confusion and provocation.
And you're right, he can film where he wants as a free human, and he does, but his only reason for filming in these places is because he can. I'm within my rights to play music at whatever volume I want in my house, and free to play up to 100db after 11pm, but I don't, why? Because it would upset people. I'm allowed to cook my own excrement in my back garden on a bbq, but I don't. I'm allowed to do a lot of things that I don't do because doing so would quite simply, make me a bit of a jerk. Does he want photographs and videos of police stations for their aesthetic value? I don't feel like that's his point. His point isn't to show us that we're allowed to film in public spaces, his point is to get into arguments with the police so we can all laugh at the silly police and AB can get some nice ad revenue.
I do have ambiguous feelings about what he's doing, it's not clear cut for me. But after watching a few videos it just occurred to me that he's not a force for good. He could go about what he's doing but not provoke and name call so much, not push his fellow humans to try and stress them out so much. That wouldn't get as many views though.
Sorry for such a word bomb here, I'm open to hear counter arguments, but my main feeling is that he's not a force for good, he's razzing people off on purpose, any lessons to be learned have to be mined for with such mental gymnastics that it's absolutely lost on most people, very much including the people he's working his weird ways on in the videos. What police and other public points of interest fail to understand is that this isn't about AB causing a reaction. He is just pointing the camera and recording their response towards him, no different to them recording his response to them. Instead of belittling him they should use the footage to learn from their actions, make improvements, and provide a better service.

I was in Newcastle for a while when my husband was in hospital and you could not move up a main street or a side street without seeing police parked up or trawling the streets to try and catch a motorist for some obscure reason like a broken tail light. Funny then that they do not have anywhere near a good crime clear up rate. Over saturation for minutiae and the burglars and serious criminals can roam free and at their leisure it seemed to me.

Criminals like muggers and burglars are free to do as they please because of the fact that our prison system is overflowing with so many inmates due to the fact that our island home is only small the fact that illegal immigrants and asylum seekers are coming over here and committing crimes our prisons system is not designed to take so much overflow. We are only a small island and with the influx of people wanting to come here to live and finding it difficult for a place to live as much as the people who were born and live here is that they have had to put them up in hotels you can see the strain of all the money we have had to spend to book rooms for these people and unfortunately one of the effects of this is having an affect on funding the police forces such as police stations and the Quality of proper training they get as well as checks to make sure that they are sound of mind enough to work with the public. With in 15 or so years a lot of police stations have closed due to decrease in funding and iv seen this for myself as much as many other people have it now means that police have to now travel from much further afield making response times longer (when they are doing their job properly and not harassing the public and auditors).
it could be a lot of them have things to hide? for instance, what if they don't want to be on social media videos because they commited crimes while traveling or on vacation in a different location. they might be afraid someone watching the video might scream out.. '' that's the person that"- robbed me, or raped me, or beat me up, etc etc etc. even if they were to get caught at the time, they can flash their badge and get some "thin blue line" special treatment,,, report gets lost, info incorrectly recorded, evidence tampered,, etc, etc, etc.

The young policeman ( and posse) who came into the video at 12.25 was brilliant. He did his job assessing the situation and assessing AB. The banter between them had me in stitches. Never laughed so much. The young policeman quickly got it, he had a smile on his face, he knew the crack. The other officers were hesitant, stand off ish, and didn`t get the situation. There is probably an element of a generational thing, but over and above that, he had the right attitude, was approachable, engaging and at the same time professional. A credit to Northumbria Police.

I was stood outside one day waiting to get picked up by a taxi after a meeting for my job, and several of the staff were outside on a cigarette break.

Job centres are not places for finding a job, that's the job of a recruitment consultant. Job centres are for giving out state benefits. They need security because a lot of claimants are unemployable because they are violent and aggressive thugs who get fisty when they hear things they don't like.

The claimants are referred to as "customers", even though their work coach is effectively their line manager. The actual government department is the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). A long time ago they did used to be called The Department of Labour exchange (DOLE) hence the term "Dole office". Also, they used to have an unemployment form called UB40, which is where the band name came from.
Probably due to all of the violent assaults against the staff by claimants.
