Well for the most part its just timing and practice it took me a long time to be able to do sync jumps and tbh im still not perfect at them, but if your looking for a place to practice them id look for jumpacademy

there you can find maps that will help you learn sync jumps and also jump academy servers have a server command called /syncr whitch tells you when to time your rockets also there are often players on theas servers that can help you learn so I encorage you to ask for help if you need it :)
