I was diagnosed with pppd. Symptoms going off the chart. Then I started my journey of healing. Got a lot better, took charge of my life. Had my gallbladder removed April 27th, life is going well. Then I get covid. Symptoms mild. Triple p d came back , now I'm coping with dizziness, faint, foggy head Etc I'm hoping it gets better soon. Did you do any hydroxyzine or Meclizine in your treatment?
Hello, I'm 15 and I feel dizzy. My symptoms are me feeling like I'm swaying left and right, feel like im spinning inside my head, and can't think or see normally. As if my FOV is off. I've seen 8 different doctors and ENT and none of them know what I have. Im convinced I have PPPD but I don't know how treat it. I want to live my normal teen life but I can't. I feel restricted from normall teen stuff. I cant hangout with friends, drive or swim anymore. What's the treatment for PPPD or how can I get help?!

I can’t tolerate SSRIs or SNRIs but I do have a rescue medication called Maxalt and also I take CoQ10, Magnesium, Vit B & D and a probiotic.
