I would like to clarify for those of you that may be new. I'd say I'm about 70% better than I used to be. The new things I brought up I believe have been an issue for quite a while and I never addressed them and in my opinion may be keeping me back from healing more :)

What are those glasses .??
What glasses are you wearing. Light sensitive?
Thank you so much, I am a Christian. I am John from Wales UK. I am 71 and have had PPPD for three years. Praying is a big part of my life. All you have been saying is extremely helpful. I have a great wife and wonderful church support. I just want to be better. I have a ministry to men, but this is holding me back . God bless John

Hello! Would love to know how your feeling now. ❤
I hope things are a lot better now since you posted this video, I am 18months into this new life. Thanks for sharing
How are you doing now
Thank you so much for your testimony and tears! My neurologist immediately prescribed SSRI meds when I was initially diagnosed with PPPD about a year and a half ago and I refused. I am doing better with driving and balance issues. I was also diagnosed with Ambient vision dysfunction and Ocular motor dysfunction in my eyes. God has healed us both so much! Keep the faith and be encouraged!
I had a stroke caused me this

Can you please give an update on how you are doing? I would love to hear how you are doing after following you so long. Shalom
8:10 pm September 2023. I have pppd since June 2013. I feel your frustration. I am disabled since 2013. 😂
I really needed to hear this . I have vent like God has abandoned me...and I've never felt that way before
Can you tag me on the lab that you used.. I know that you gave it to me before but I lost it... Also Monica did you feel normal in a car or driving . Did your vision and everything feel normal?
He is preparing to show you something! I think you got this and ur view on everything is beautiful.
Hi Monica! So good to see you again <3 I have taken a break from youtube since summer as my mum got diagnosed with cancer and I had to move to my parents to help my mum after 2 surgeries, Im finally back home and catching up. Congratulations on your job as worship leader! and Im so sorry for you having been diagnosed with Lyme disease ;( but at least you have the correct diagnose now and know which direction to go. Happy to hear that the Lord provded you with the financial resources to get medical help. As for supplements, I would highly recommend Colostrum bovinum -100% extract, in liquid form. It does wonders for your immune system, your gut-flora and even prevents cancer cells from growing. I found it on the internett: "Several clinical studies demonstrate that bovine colostrum supplements help reduce leaky gut and it contains digestive enzymes that support healthy digestion. " I have been taking it in several years in tablets and it has improved my immune system more than any other supplement taken previously, and now my mum is taking it in liquid form which is better absorbed in the body. Please, try this! But you have to be patient and wait a couple of months before you see the difference + probiotics is a must for the gut. I wish you all the best with your health, Monica. And Im so happy that your life has alleready improved so much. Much love and prayers from Norway. Emi
I got diagnosed last year with Lyme and multiple infections. I started with antibiotics and couldn’t get past 3 weeks. Then started getting vertigo and off balance/nervous system stuff. My recommendation, if you are okay with taking something for life, I recommend Low Dose Naltrexone. Next is methylene blue iv with light. I’m waiting for my clinic to offer it. Lastly, look into thiamine deficiency and nystagmus. Hope you get some healing
Hard because you moving your hands triggers me. :( I can’t wear glasses either. Awesome you are helping others!
Was ur pppd Lyme disease?
I want to tell you that I am healed of pppd completely!!!
Hi. Really appreciate if answer. Did you have the feeling of floor shifting when walking? Like walking on the walkways at the airport. Or walking on the boat.?
Could you please share how?!!!
How did u do it
Hi , where did you get your tapestry ? it's so pretty! It is so encouraging to me that the Lord told you to do an update I literally found you a month ago. I have been recommended to a 3p doctor specialist in Rochester after suffering with dizziness for 7 years. I am 27 ... love that you're a worship leader I'm trying to get my health to the point of joining our worship team on top of Sunday School . Your video where you say I am not a sick person I am a healthy person fighting sickness has helped me a lot! And your husband's video on his perspective has helped my husband as well! God bless ❤️
How are you ?
@@yendryrojas I'm doing ok I got my focus on the Lord ❤️ how are you?
@@meghanmiller4037 I'm very happy to hear it!! Amen. How are you with the dizziness? I'm a little better, I'm on antidepressant medication. do you take medication?
As I'm going through Deliverance my dizziness has been a lot better it gets worse when I get ill I get food poisoning and stuff like that a lot currently on no medications except for thyroid meds I have in the past been on gabapentin for pain and doxepin helped my dizziness when it was really bad but as it stands no depression medication
@@meghanmiller4037 I'm very happy to hear it. I declare healing over you, in the name of Jesus.
I should say I'm shocked they haven't tested you sooner for Lyme but I can believe it. An astute physician makes all the difference in people suffering needlessly, sorry it took so long for you. I have been tested for Lyme a few times, I was bitten years ago as a child and had the classic bullseye rash. Sometimes I wonder if it was indeed lyme since I wasn't tested for it until many years later and it was negative.
One step at a time. Keep holding on to Him.
You look great, Monica! Glad you have some answers,
I messaged you on Instagram you never answered
I wasn’t responding to any comments or messsges over the last year or so. I had been very active in both platforms but felt to step away. Sorry I was not able to respond.
@@newlifesparrow no worries thanks for the reply
@@newlifesparrow Hi! your pppd is for this lyme disease?
How long did you do dnrs for? Did it help with PPPD???
Hi. May I ask are you recovered?
Are you still doing DNRS? Did you heal using this program? Thanks!
I was wondering why do you wear the key?:)
Guys please try The Steady Coach on RUclips if you haven’t looked her up already. Dr Yonit Arthur is a vestibular audiologist and strength coach, and has loads of useful videos to help manage this condition. Please don’t give up, there is so much we can do to improve this.
I noticed you wear a key in a lot of your videos may I ask why?
Can you use these oils even if you're using vertigo medications?
Hello. How can I send you an email? Thank you.
Please look up the RUclipsr called “ The steady coach “ she’s a Dr. And her videos explain so much about this condition PPPD. This also comes from a much deeper emotional area and it’s our nervous systems way to get our attention to start dealing life stressors. I have PPPD as well and I just started my journey but by watching Dr. Yonit she’s helped so much!
Hi. Really appreciate if answer. Did you have the feeling of floor shifting when walking? Like walking on the walkways at the airport. Or walking on the boat.?
How are you ?
Are you better now? I had covid twice year apart from each other. First time vertigo was dizzy for a few months. This January got it again boom got it again this one never went away though. March April 24/7 dizzy. Been to every dr possible. They all just say covid you will heal. I had a VNG test in April showed 33 percent damage to right ear. Went again in July did same test nothing they said. Thought that was weird. For a month solid I had horrible I mean horrible migraines I’m on a bp and two anxiety meds. Bupropion and flowextine. I am wondering if that was vestibular migrain and now triggered pppd. I was so light sensitive always wearing a hat. I don’t have to do that anymore. I remember driving at the first of this and my eyes went crazy as though everything started going super when I looked to the side. Ever since eye issues I feel the heavy head swaying to the side. Trampoline walk. This is the worst outside for sure. Throws me for a loop. This all normal? I know I will heal just crazy. Always have the fuzz in the head. Thanks for your time
Very helpful tips! I'm a recent vestibular neuritis patient who's 2 months in and now I'm dealing with visual vertigo. The constant dizziness in beginning is gone thanks to physical therapy. The visual vertigo is a challenge due to not being able to be amongst crowds or busy environments like stores or restaurants for long without that head pressure and disorientation. What I will say is this: what seems to be helping that along with optokinetic exercises is just getting out there and being exposed to the things that bring on the symptoms. The more you are exposed, the faster you will compensate. As I'm typing this, I'm in Las Vegas, the king of vestibular over stimulation. When I first got here 3 days ago, just waking to the hotel room from the casino was a challenge. I went to gaming convention 3 days in a row that was loaded with crowds, sounds, lights and busy imagery. Being in that and taking small retreats allowed me to slowly build a bit of tolerance. Yes, doing so left me with tension headaches and disoriented for a bit but something has improved a bit. Now walking to my hotel room no longer disorients me. Even waking through the slot machines with all the lights was ok, not perfect but ok. I think the ticket is to go to physical therapy and then live life by going to the places that cause your symptoms to spike. Just have a game plan to tailor the exposure so that you can have time to recover and then go back in. This is how I'm forcing compensation to happen.
How long do your symptoms last? Fleeting?
@@Ashley_e It depends upon what caused them. If it is anxiety, they last only as long as the anxiety lasts. If it is a busy store or crowds, the symptoms subside within 3 minutes. For example, yesterday I went to Walmart and the symptoms were very mild. I went back to baseline within a few minutes of getting in my car and driving off. That was not the case a few months back. My symptoms were severe when going to a store. Controlled exposure and VRT has helped a lot.
@@mikemalone4867 got ya! Mine happen and symptoms don’t stop. When bad have keep eyes closed until sensory stops overreacting. Take days. Hard find help for my case
@@Ashley_e Are you doing VRT to help treat the symptoms? Also, one thing that I learned is the more we avoid the places/stimulus/situations that trigger the symptoms, the worse they become and the harder it is to recover from the condition. There will be flare ups but the more you practice ignoring the symptoms while getting exposure, the better you begin to feel over time. Our brains are wired to fear the symptoms. When we trigger the fear response, we also trigger the condition which becomes a vicious cycle that prolongs it.
Are u getting any releif??
You keep on using abbreviations. I have no idea what you’re talking about. Use complete sentences please
I also suffering from this 😖😖
Omg, I’m on year 5. I wasn’t diagnosed until my 3rd year in. I also have additional neurological issues that I think is making recovery take longer. Thank you so much this helps me not feel like I’m not going crazy.
I literally cried by seeing this because I’m suffering from this I was diagnosed with this all the time I’m crying very helpless feeling . does the person feel normal again ??
Hi Monica, thank you so much for this video. Do you have any exercises on how to relieve the pain associated with tensing from visual vertigo?
From last 5 years .. I am going through same 24x7
I have a question did you experience your symptoms while lying down?
I told everyone last year August 11, 2021 that am coming here to tell everyone about my remedy after using Dr. Akintola herbal mixture which I found on RUclips, am glad to say I am totally cured of PPPD using the mixture. Thanks to Dr. Akintola.
