In this lesson you’ll learn how to create a basic data entry form with Oracle Forms Builder. The lesson guides you through many of the tasks that you must perform when using Oracle Forms Builder to create a form. You’ll see how easy it is to quickly generate and create a data entry form using the Data Block and Layout Wizards in Forms Builder. You’ll also use PL/SQL triggers to add functionality to the form.
The purpose of this video in this series is to create a form that will be later needed to demonstrate calling one form from another.

Everything is work fine but whenever I user the form link in browser it's showing blank

It seems you have not configured the browser to display Oracle Forms and Reports output.
