I liked your video, and I did purchase the T10S. I noticed that setting a different language, and then coming back to English caused a download of a more normal English sounding robot.

I have been using my iLife for more than a year, and I have been experiencing some issues. The map of my home keeps getting deleted every other day, and my schedule and virtual wall settings are also lost. Additionally, the iLife struggles to get over or come out of simple doormats or any small loose items. I have had to recreate the map of my home more than 100 times. In the last 1 year.
Observed the customer service is not responsive at all, they are keen in selling and not after service ( unprofessional, untrained personnel handle the complaints) resulting in further deterioration of the performance of the robot.
Overall product is good, suggest NOT to buy iLife products as after service is pathetic and frustrating

Don't buy ilife L100 product after one year robot stopped working. I sent to service station they told battery has to be replaced it is dead. With in one year of duration this machine stopped suddenly. It is not worth in buying. Go for good company products never think of buying this. No proper response from service centre.

$400 is cheap to you??
Well I said it was the cheapest robot with a dock that I have reviewed. I never said $400 is cheap so that is a bit of a twist. Not to mention it is not $400. It is $290 which is cheap for a full function robot vacuum with a dock.
Useless product. Doesn’t even last three months. No service back up. Regretting its purchase. Waste of your money
