An amazing oil. I switched from mobil 1 full synthetic to this oil. I can tell a big difference. Will never change again. U got a customer for life!
Used Castrol since the 70s well worth the price.😊
His voice makes me want to buy the oil
Amsoil is better
@@leftmorningstar6954 the price is better to
I use castrol oil for my car 2 times and im an believer i can feel the performance
+ it makes my engine last longer + it also reduce my engine noise
Some people are saying that Castrol is terrible but after a small research i found that Castrol Edge has the best reviews in 2019 for diesel engines. Amazing
The only people saying its terrible are armchair Americans buying into advertising hype on the like of Amsoil and Royal Purple.
@@bEEBO178 I'm an American and I'll tell you that Castrol is good stuff, I consider it a premium product (and is actually reasonably priced!). Royal Purple isn't good for more modern engines (Ford Engines, Euro/Asian Engines with OH Cams VVT, etc.). Old school Push-rod engines can use Royal Purple and it's ok, but it's heavy in Zinc, which is bad for your CATs and other emissions systems. Castrol is formulated for more modern engines in my opinion.
@@bEEBO178 Amsoil, and Quaker state/penzoil platinum are the best ones check out 540Rats blogs he’s a mechanical engineer who stress tests a lot of oils Amsoil is consistently in the top 15 and by far is the best oil I’ve used Castrols a decent product
@@bEEBO178 they are both good, probably only a little better
I've been using castrol since 2003, only stuff I'll use in my engine.
I use this in my Evo X tuned to just over 400bhp. It takes a lot of abuse, gets raced and is also my daily. However, I change it every 4000 miles as per the service schedule. This oil is really good stuff.
Been using it in my harley and mugen. Drive hard, no oil burning no leaks. I'm a believer.
I've officially endorsed Castrol Edge as my motor oil. It is one of the contributors that help my 2010 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 (Police Package) run as smooth as a Jet.
This is great oil i run this in my camaro ive used mobil 1 Pennzoil ultra platinum valvoline this castrol quiet my engine i feel a power difference and a fuel economy difference this is great oil im sold
I use Castrol Edge in my 2006 Cadillac DTS, and the Northstar Engine loves it; Castrol Edge is the right oil for the Northstar Engine, as it keeps up with its pressure.
I use castrol on my m3, boxster, micra and 7 series i will not use anything else. The best.
Edge is a great oil put it in my wife Nissan and immediately gained 1.2 mpg per the mileage computer and car feels smoother
I’ve been using Castrol Edge HM for 2 plus years of changing my own oil, and I’ll never use anything but.
I'm sure it's a fine oil, and I considered using it. I use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum due to it's superior cold flow capabilities. Not sure if that translates to easier pumpability, but I'm betting that it does, and living in a cold climate, I'm not gonna chance it.
I have used Castrol conventional 10w40 in my 74 AMC for over 40 years; and Castrol Edge in my modern daily drivers for 20 years; and have never had the slightest problem with oil usage !!!! And my engines stay clean !!! Of course i change oil every 3,000 in the 74 and every 5,000 in my newer cars !!!!!
I bought the castrol oil synthetic blend high mileage at Autozone for 27 bucks plus tax. I also bought STP extended life oil filter for 10 bucks in same store for around 39 bucks tax included.I checked out wal-mart and the Castrol edge titanium high mileage advanced “full synthetic” was $22.67 plus tax, about 25 bucks. I get all this great stuff added to the oil plus “ Full Synthetic” instead of the blend for a lower price. I also bought mobile one extended performance oil filter for 9 bucks. I paid less at less at Walmart and I got better quality oil and filter.
A E amen to that. the Mobil 1 filters they have there at Walmart are fantastic. Better than oem.
Great stuff👍 I use high mileage full synthetic. I thought my car was going to leak, because it already has 127,000 miles in it.. no problem whatsoever.. not a single drop of oil. No oil consumption either.
Works great in my Tesla. I'm a believer!
🚬😎
but Teslas dont have an internal combustion engine.. where do you pour it?
@@cipcdco his ass.
@@cipcdco You / the joke 🙈
🤣
Actually made my 420d stage 1 a lot quieter and u can feel the difference
Castrol is bomb
How is the gas mileage tho opposed to like a mobile 1 full synthetic 0W-20
Works great in my lawn mower
I'm high right now, and the video is LIT.

Thanks to AutoZone clearance I picked up enough Castrol Edge 10W30 to last me through the next 10 years no joke🤣🤣🤪🤪
You know, oil has a SHELF LIFE....
I did a oil change today and used castrol and my engine sounds brand new and a lot quite weird
Same happen to me with my Subaru Crosstrek. Cold starts makes a lot of noise and with this engine oil now it sounds different
I test all oils at nates interactive auto
Castrol Edge 5w30 in my WRX
Love the WRX
0:13 This guy reminds me of the rish from the gang in Sons of Anarchy
Great in the 5.7 hemi
I Agree 👍👍
Shut up and take my money!
Maybe royal purple should take notes
I gargle and shower with it!
What about castrol gtx magnatec, does it have titanium ?

Brought to you by (BP) oil company
So he wants to give us a "Grit Oil"? Doesn't sound so good.
Someone in the crowd mentioned titanium. My first thought was no comment. I was watching the second disc of season 5 Rockford Files. So I don't really want to comment except to say moly is actually better than titanium. Titanium is cheaper than moly. Also I'm not sure the latest formulas of a certain brand actually still has titanium in it? And I don't really feel like looking it up. You could if you want. Search "PIQA oil" and then start sifting the data. I don't really want to comment but there's a guy with a 68 Volvo with over 2 million miles on an untouched engine with plain old GTX. Just up to you. There's some 600,000 mile Ford V10s using Valvoline. Just up to you. Do you really think you'll have it that long? *Titanium is better for cold engine's than moly but most modern oils with moly have boron too. And boron excels at low temperature as well as 5000 deg. Moving on.
Wait until you hear about canola oil bruhh!
Mi Piace.
is that scottish or aussie accent???
Not Aussie. He’s from the UK.
ENGLISH ACCENT! LOL.
That's grit that you don't know
Fuken British idiots language
He is from Northern Ireland ...
Really could have done without the epileptic dancing bits
I don't want any grit in my oil, because the oil filter might not catch it all.
Weird comment award
@@bEEBO178 Well thanks, weird speech pediment guy deserved a weird comment. He doesn't know the difference between the words 'great' and 'grit'. Good of you to notice I was trying to leave a weird comment to weird guy.
I recommend using a Wix XP oil filter
"We want to give you a grit oil" LOL
too bad ithad such low flow on -20 cold test
Who will actually start a car at -20
Dont tell that..

Add metal to reduce metal to metal contact
Its not big chunks of metal you silly billy 😂
Its not actuality TITAINIUM. it's TITAINIUM molecules....
no longer adds titanium to oils 2024!!!
The answer is yes and no.
Luckily NASA didn't use that mentality.
