This is only for modelling. Analysis and design to follow. You can also bring in Bridge Models from Autodesk Infraworks.

Do you think you could do something similar using Bridge Modeler extension, but adding user made families? In case there is no arch elements for arched bridge.
Yes you can. All what you need is an adaptive family. And you can use the families that comes with SBM as Templates to your user made families
