Congratulations with the new smart board, but think about putting the lights higher so it would not be reflected on the screen, or may be directing it at the ceiling. Plus I think if you can not increase the contrast of your board you may need some postproduction editing to increase a contrast of the video colors, cause white looks like grey and colors are dull as if you are filming in badly light room.
