Beautiful garden! Amazed at the variety of produce. What do you do during winter? Do you have to start all over or are they perennials? And what soil and fertilizer do you use?

Thank u 🥰 They are not perennials, and don’t survive in winter. So every year in summer for almost 6 months we do the vegetable gardening. I use cow manure for the plants.
