Exactly. I actually consider buying DVDs again of my favorite movies/shows. That way I am sure I can watch whenever I want. Streaming services might decide to remove something and we might not be able to watch it unless we have it on media.
At 23 dollars a month(without ads), there should be more quality shows on Netflix. All of the streaming services are going to crap. But Netflix is the worst.

When multiple seasons are required,it worries me. Netflix does seem to dump popular programmes at the drop of a hat. Season 2 has NOT been confirmed as of yet!

Looks like I need to watch "Jackie Brown". Never have seen it. My housemate works for a big box store here in Santa Fe and Pam Grier comes in often. Also Wes Studi. Since she is Native American she swoons when he comes in. LOL
Sorry, but you're incorrect - Damsel isn't the biggest thing Netflix is launching in March. It's 3 Body Problem. It's one of the most expensive TV shows, rivaling game of thrones. Which, coincidentally, was created by the same people behind 3 body problem.
D&D's GOT got worse and worse near the end when they ran out of material to adapt. That showed that they are good at adapting books but bad at writing new material of their own. So there is a good chance they might screw up The Three Body Problem because although the book series is complete, D&D decided to change the Chinese-oriented characters and plot of the books and invent new stuff to be more relatable to Netflix's Western audiences.

Love that Vikings is gonna take up residence there. I'm sure no one remembers, but Vikings was almost an afterthought of programming on the History channel. The big draw was a series about Jesus that gained a lot of attention, and then Vikings was on afterward with no hype at all, and became this massive hit purely on word of mouth. The show started kind of slowly and I dont think people could tell if it was a docudrama, or what. But it became this huge juggernaut that was probably responsible for the History channel's popularity, which they quickly bungled...
