- Drake dropped Scary Hours 3 two days ago! This was definitely his redemption arc. You guys really enjoyed the last video that I did in this style so I'm giving it another shot! I took some time to go through it and break down the subliminal and more obvious disses.

I liked this EP. These songs should’ve been on his album. Like people love Drake because he’s drake. Him just throwing whoever’s hot on his album just comes off as you trying to stay relevant. It’s not like people can’t say he can’t rap anymore an this proved it. Give the people some nostalgic vibes. That’s all. CLB was better than this album he just did. The mixes even sounded weird like they were rushed.

Homophonically, Drake plays with the homophones “clips” and “clipse” to allude the hip-hop duo Clipse.
Drake then makes a double entendre with the line “Empty clips” to reference the duo’s disbandment in 2010 and to allude to him firing bullets at the duo, as proven by the line “Shell cases scatter the floor, bullets, they shatter the glass” in the first verse.
Finally someone who not only reads the lyrics but truly understands their deeper meaning and the hidden messages woven within
Also FATD was fire! If you're tired of the oldschool, abc rap pattern you will appreciate the range of how Drake delivers many of those "mid" songs
