I hope it all works. There have been several development spurts in Africa. The content is covered with development projects that have fallen into disrepair and abandonment. The big problem appears to be politics and attitudes of the population. Hopefully new information technology will make a difference.

Now African leaders need to create a united Africa, remove these borders created by the colonizers, use a central currency, so you can trade amongst yourself, use a common language, combine your military, so you can protect the continent, so will not fall victim in the future, educate your youth and create opportunities so that the educated disbursed can return to help in this education, also give incentives to encourage the educated disbursed that have skills in building, carpentry, engineering, teachers, doctors etc, there are many in western countries that would probably return if given good opportunities and pay. Create an alliance with a super power with nuclear capabilities to help in defending you. But be mindful, you have all the resouces that the west needs, for tecnology, gold , diamond, uranium, you need to put your heads together, protect your resources, it is needed to create weapons of mass desruction. Why do you think all these countries are all of a sudden offering there help. They need you. Do not allow these religions to come dictate to you how to govern your country, Do not allow these people to vaccinate your people, all the deceases that suddenly broke out in Africa were manufactured in labs and your citizens were their lab rats. I know of no history where China has done anything to exterminate other, but I have heard that they do not treat Africans very well in China. So be mindful, but so far I think they are doing great things on the continent, and just maybe they could be great allies.
These African country should use their vast amout of NATURAL RESOURCES under their feet as a trade/leverage to finance for the chinese in return for the building of their infrastructures....i dont think thats hard....

Yes today it's not a big deal.its just that in the old days when a man was most important in old African tradition,women were only meant to raise kids farm and cook.but in the last 40+years this has changed according to most nations laws.its just that because of the long many years of undermining women,some men still feel entitled to Be above women hence Job opportunities.and also some women still look at themselves according to the olden times and feel they are not worth or capable of some jobs.which is not true and not good.but this is mostly the elder women.the new generation ladies are not messing about.they go-to school and make sure they get that school money back after they are done.and reality is that,the struggle is still there but for sure getting better.and also some nations with majority Islam religion have these issues more intense but are all coming to the major transformation happening in Africa and the world at large.it also happened in China when giving birth to a boy was the best and good choice and baby girls aborted but that changed.this led to demeaning women in all sectors of life though now also is different in china.top 10 women billionaires on the planet as of 2014/15 if am not wrong.7 we're from zhongguo.hope I answered your qn.
Roads...roads are not always or necessarily built to facilitate travel for the civilian populations, but to mainly facilitate military maneuvers.

The President of Gabon has addressed the fact that their country do not have the expertise to built massive projects. That is where Chinese companies come in. They are proficient in their work and they share their knowledge to their Afrikan counterparts.
That’s why they complete there projects on time and on budget !
The present seems all good. But, Not know what there long term goal is. Thats the scary part.
