I've been deeply impressed by this performance, while feeling deeply connected too. The amazing sparse rhythmic texture combined with the magic of the Shakuhachi is such a beautiful mix of electronics and real air. I am still learning to get notes from my Shakuhachi (thanks to your Ro album) and there are clear signs of progress. I am already super happy with the eerie tones which are great for sampling and granulating. Many aspects of 'my' music are inspired by your work and tutorials. I am doing my own thing most of the time, but you are always near. Somewhere in the back of my mind. It got even stronger when I got the 218e keyboard. It's not just Don Buchla. It's also Todd Barton :).

Lovely. Thank you. I've been playing shakuhachi for 20+ years and have recently gotten into modular. I am looking forward to combining the two.

This is awesome. I playerd with a buchla in the 70s, 80s, one the size of the spaceshuttle.I felt like I was doing REAL music. The aleoteric element made it exciting.

I make new forms of art specifically with a handmade crystal, light photography with photoshop and AI to make my own sci fi horror content about my art, my genetically altered perception, using lucid dreams, real life experiences, and Austin Osman Spare to be seen in such a way.

@@py_a_thon Actually they've done research that people with my genetic condition experience sensory hypersensitivity to light and sound my family doctor was the wife of the principal of the school. I made it very clear to them that everything was normal except the sensitivity. Some people are born having visual snow as children there are many man made synthetic drugs that can trigger visual snow in a person with this condition. I had my appendix taken out and they gave me synthetic heroine at the hospital before the surgery and I started to experience visual snow immediately. It was gone after the surgery and years later I tried psychedlics and immediately had visual snow, but this time I noticed I had a non progressive neuro muscular hyper excitability disorder. electricity running through my nervous system permanently. My visual cortex processes light longer than a typical human that's why I see trails and after images of light because when you move I perceive the light coming off you longer..... the human eye can already detect a photon the smallest measurement of light I'm seeing millions if not billions of flashes of light each and everyday... not disabled by it I'm a creative professional i can do jiu jitsu.... I am in no way disabled by having more sensory functions than a typical human they are a gift.
