Thanks for this! I just had to fix a Hubsan Q4 Nano with the same issue on both motors/LEDs on one side, so I had to put two wires crossing in the middle, but it's fixed it right up.
At first I thought, "won't connecting the positive terminals together lock the control for both motors?" but looking closer the +ve is all common and the control transistors are on the -ve side.
    Thanks again for sharing.

I just used some old phone cord wire. I am sure there a better solution, but this worked fine.. Still flying great as of today.

I have several of these micro (or perhaps nano?) quads, and this one is by far the worst in terms of fragility... I literally caught the sucker midair off of down-throttle and snapped one of the motor arms. Doing a little bit of investigative research, I mic'd the circuit board and sure enough, it's app. half the thickness as most competitors. Really disappointed in Horizon on this one... the best one out there is the Estes Proto SLT (believe me, I have app. 10 of these guys and that is by far the best one, although good luck getting one).
To answer your question Christian, the wire that you most likely want to use is called "hook up" wire typically used for breadboarding circuits -- typically it's somewhere in the 22 to 28AWG range.

Nice solution. I will try this on my LS-111. So do you have to connect both the positive and the negative?

I used a old phone cord, just strip it and you will find a few smaller strands of wire.

I burned out a chip on my fy326. wondering if your fix will repair it? I don't understand how connecting opposite motor to power this motor will work, when you attempt to fly sideways will they not conflict? and does it needs to be a particular type of wire?

Where would you find a wire like that ?

I have a much simpler solution that worked for me, all I did was put a little solder right on the cracked spot of the circuit board and it was all fixed. That being said I really cant recommend this quadcopter to anyone, I have experienced a lot of loss of connection between the remote and the copter while flying wich has caused a lot of crashes. I expected a lot better since its supposed to be 2.4ghz, anything past 10 to 15 feet and your screwed, even flying closer I have experienced a loss of connection though so that's not good at all!Than the circuit board gets cracked and you loose your lights or motor than you have to screw around trying to get everything working again. I have also had 2 motors go bad on me just on there own, and this is all in about a month of me owning it. lucky for me my hobby shop had a floor model of this copter that they flew around that had 3 lights out and a motor gone so they just gave me it for a parts copter. So far I robbed two of the motors off the parts quad and might have to switch the battery out of it aswell since mine is already showing signs of getting weak. Preatty poor quality IMO since I paid full price of 58 bucks! should atleast get 6 months out of the thing
