That same pack shot up to $55 after Swarovski's annoucement. Preciosa has the MC Chaton Rose which is their oldest version with 8 facets that looks like vintage Swarovski since they were once the same company. Then to start to get on Swarovski's level when the 2058 cut was released with 14 facets, Preciosa came out with the VIVA12 which was a cheaper than the 2058s b/c it had 12 facets. The VIVA12 USED to cheaper than the MAXIMA, but now it's almost on par in price with the 2058s, but also for uniformity, the VIVA12 has a wider color selection, so they've priced it higher now. To match the 2088 cut, Preciosa released the MAXIMA which was also cheaper than the 2088... until 2020. And then Swarovski cut us off and ... you know the rest. And the prices just exploded from there. I may have to just start using glitter when I do nails or make outfits q_q
