This ride is amazing at night. A totally different experience. I remember riding Splash Mountain during a Spectromagic parade in the nineties. WDW was such fun back then
Yep, WDW definitely was much better back in those days! I wish I could go back in time and just stay in the 90s lol
When it comes to the retheme, they better knock it out of the park! I love Splash - the music, the storyline, the different drops. Riding it at night and with no wait -- lucky you!! Plus you got a quick delay at the top of the hill for a fabulous view!! Thanks for another great video!!
Yep, I’m also hoping they do an amazing job with the retheme. There really aren’t many other rides better than this one in my opinion, so I’m pretty nervous they’ll be cheap and remove most animatronics and replace with screens. Hope I’m completely wrong though! Thank you as always 😃

Haven't seen the queue that empty in a long time..a walk on. Always loved riding Splash at night. The views from the top of the drop are fantastic. This was great 4K.
Yep, it was a chilly night so not many wanted to get wet it seems! Riding Splash at night is just awesome, and I definitely prefer it over the day time! Thanks so much Andrew😃
Always loved Splash Mountain at night ! My wife and I went on it once during an E Ride night that they used to have years back... We were literally the only ones on the attraction... Great fun and very spooky ! Thanks for posting !
Wow, that is so cool! I wish I could rent out this ride for a couple of hours so I could ride it with just the family. Will miss it very much when it closes but am grateful for the memories! Thank you as always Rudy😃
🐰🦊 🐻Amazing shot from the top of the drop! They fixed some issues since last you filmed but the laughing place is a shadow of its former self. Why it seems "creepy" with an empty queue to me, but it does lol. It looked like it started raining when you got off, thus a double whammy of wetness. That had to be one of the best filming of the drop and it appeared the lens at least didn't get any dribbles😊. Great idea & thx for the experience 4💜

That part of the ride with the vultures should be replaced with "Are you ready?!!" from the Princess and the Frog with the friends on the other side. It would be spooky just before the big drop!

Yes, hopefully they’ll really do the retheme right! I’m afraid they’ll be cheap as they have been with other things but I think they know they can’t do that in this situation. Thanks so much as always John! 😃

I'm heading to Disney Thursday and have never ridden Splash. Can't decide if I need to ride it just to say I rode it, or skip it and never know what I missed.
If the drop isn’t a problem for you, then I’d give it a try!
I pray for the Splash Mountain 35th Anniversary Celebration returning with the brer rabbit,brer fox,brer buddies,and more so everyone can have fun riding
Splash Mountain has needed a retheming for a while now. Glad it's happening soon.
