Yep. Saved for years while renting. Worked my butt off. Hunkered down and worked all through the lockdowns ready to buy when the overleveraged are forced to sell, only to see the people who were the least responsible get their asses covered and massive windfalls delivered to them. It does horrible things to your mental health. But hats off to you guys for calling out BS. The entire narrative is now pivoting course to what you guys have been saying for years on immigration crushing wages. Well done. LVO's a weapon.

the rates are not the main driver is the main stream media driving the Australian people to over extend. It’s a fact that you can’t measure.

Its easy sitting there and talking about moral hazard, but when you've experienced being priced out of markets that previously you weren't, it does some awful things to your mental health. The young are being eaten, I just hope it's paid back, with interest, to the old in the future.

I simply do no believe the average net family house hold saving rate jumping from 60k to 200k in 18 months during a pandemic, it’s the second time I’ve seen that chart and and there has to be something wrong with it!!??!?
