The editing in this is so good! Love this this review. Sometimes I feel like we don't deserve such great content! Thank you for all of your hard work!!
I’m actually tempted to sell my unbuilt purple Space65 R3 to get the purple Think 6.5 V3. Love both, but the design of this one is just so good. Great video as always brother 💪
Was undecided on the color but that quick silver one is hard af. Love the work with the switches too. Really dig the color way aswell looks great with that think v3.
Awesome video as always. Just a question, when you say in the sound test "(lubed)" do you mean factory lubed or you lubed over the factory lube? Just received 100 Clackbits, glad to support you and the cause but wanted to check if I should lube the stem and spring lightly as well
Great question and thank you SOOO much for the support. These are hand lubed by me. Clackbits can definitely be used stock, but lubing the stems only (205) and oil the springs elevates them for me (and a lot that have done it).
Are you a professional videographer or photographer? Because it seems like you have a whole studio dedicated to filming your videos and your lighting setup is extremely nice
Wow thanks so much for the compliment!! I am far from that. I never did video or pro photography before I started this channel. Just learning as I go my friend. RUclips is a great school! Haha ❤️
Hey clackbait, I heard you bought a blueberry65. I got the board in the gb too, and I was wondering if you were going to review it. That bouncy castle experience has me intrigued, and it would be nice to have your input. I went for long pole linears, and i’m curious for what switches you would opt for.
Hey bud. I didn't buy the blueberry actually. Not sure where you heard that. But I hear it's quite a bouncy board. Best of luck with the build. And for switches.....Clackbits at KNC Keys 😉
Huh.. that’s weird. They said they’re sending a board out post-GB. I already got geon blacks for the build, but when the clackbits came out, the server chat became a soundtest sharing hub to compare sotcs and clackbits.
Great question. I lubed the stems with 205g0 on top of the factory stuff. I recommend that for the best sound. Plus oil the springs. Stock is a good experience, but I think the sound is well rounded hand lubed.
appreciate the great review, and dang, kudos on doing all the sound tests!! I must admit that any sort of blocker or knob on a 65 doesn’t appeal to me, but it sounds clean. Got my clackbits in the mail, I’m genuinely pretty impressed at them stock, but still want to take a pass through with some 205g0. Might have to try them in a board with an FR-4 plate, seems like a great pairing!
Appreciate the suggestion!! That’s usually my go to method as well!! Once in a blue moon I’ll put a little lube on the top housing to dampen the top out sound, but generally just springs and stem for me.
Good morning, Clackbro. Killer B roll! Great showcase on this board. Felt the space65 today during the meetup. If this board is different/better, then dang. For sure an awesome contender!
I'm sure there's a reason, but personally I don't get why the PCB wouldn't have RGB. If you don't like it, just turn it off. But if you do like it, then hey that's great, you have the option. I get RGB serves no practical purpose, but I still like it.
hey man, nice video! I just want to point out a veeery little nit pick point though! During the soundtests, whenever you press the backspace, i thought i heard a rattle or tick of some sort. But it turns out, it's some weird sound that resonated even after the sound of the backspace has gone away. do you have any idea what might be the cause of this?
Personally I don't like the side profile of the board and I don't think it sounds all that great without foam. My only issue with boards now is that the vast majority of them sound the same or the sound is not hard to replicate with mods to a cheaper board. So for me at this point I get them for the looks and typing feel ( which can be modded to some extent on boards ). Amazing b roll as usual, still the best for it tbh.
@@Clackbait for sure, its all subjective at the end of the day. I love SA caps and I dare to say... stiff typing over the extremely bouncy experiences you can get. While many like soft and cherry profile. Love this hobby because of all the variations

Ohh that's tough. Yeah the Think looks super clean, so I feel the pain of having to choose. Thanks as always brother.
space is better imo
Man, that b-roll! Great stuff Clack
Thanks homie!
King of B-Roll! Damn! What a great review Clack!
Thanks a ton homie! ❤️🤜
like your deep review!
Thank you so much! ❤️
Guessing the solder PCB has a different plate as that plate you showed doesn't have any options for the different layouts?
after the round 2 of the think with gray studios trolling with the fulfillment, I don't think I could ever order anything from them again.
i appreciate the charity dawg thats awesome
It's the least we can do homie. ❤️🤜

Ayyyeee thanks homie
That B roll was DIFFFFFFERENT. Damnnnn son. Awesome to see you grow every single time.

great cinematography!

Very nice

Amazing editing with the B roll as always 🙌
Thanks fam ❤️🤜
Thanks for the video! Living vicariously through you for all these boards 😁
May i get the ESC key link to buy it?
It is by Archetype. This one ran already, but they have raffles often.
When you say “lubed” in the sound tests, do you just mean the stock factory lube or did you lube over the factory lube?
Great question. I lubed the stems with 205g0 on top of the factory stuff. I recommend that for the best sound. Plus oil the springs. Stock is a good experience, but I think the sound is well rounded hand lubed.

that side profile and weight... so unique
It's really nice

Thanks JimmyBro! It's a dope board for sure
Seems like a great improvement from the v2. Especially in the looks department
No doubt!
looks good and sounds good. tough choice between this and the chimmy for me. Nice review and awesome editing as always, clack!
Tough call for sure! I appreciate you Sporkie!
amazing b roll and editing! still cant believe this board doesnt support hs 7u.
Yeah I was bummed about that!
Feel like that's been every 65% and 75% with GrayStudio thus far
I think this is a keyboard
Punny! Hhaaa. Blaysed is at it again!!
They have no proof, this would not hold up in court.
@@FullHavocJosh true, they should have provided a 9 page document detailing all the specifics of this keyboard and cite mla formatted sources
Truly one of the keyboards of all time.
Z, your slow macro shots were even better than the B-roll this time! I have to know, which lens/body are you using? 🥺 A spectacular video, as always!
Thanks homie! I use a Fuji H2s with the 16-55 f2.8 in this video. ❤️ Fuji gang!
I was part of the Think6.5 v2 GB and it was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I will never be part of a Gray Studio GB again, buyer beware.
Sorry to hear that homie.
That's super unfortunate to hear. I've had bad GB experiences as well but not from Gray Studios.
That spacebar sound is divine!
I considered it until I saw the price tag

I agree with ya!
This looks and sounds amazing. Sadly the pricepoint is too high for me
amazing. I decided to purchase it.
What’s the artisan you used here?
It's a Xiro by Archetype
This is the last keyboard I buy. I mean it this time!
I believe it! 🫣

Yeah it could be a little rattle. Sometimes the mic picks up more than there is irl. I appreciate the feedback though homie! ❤️
I'll wait for the extras sale :)
where can i get that spinning thing on his desk
Mezmoglobe
❤
I never liked the old think badge. This one is nice. Also, b-roll didn't disappoint!
Thanks Frank! Yeah this one looks really refined
I was about to get the mode envoy but i think I’ll splurge and get this…
Note: The build will include gmk pixel and boba u4t with staebis
Just realized I have to wait for my money to come in which may cut it close to the end of the group buy so I’m praying it doesn’t end

That Lilac colour lookss soo sexyyy 😍
Doesn't it tho?
Damn!! This dude need 100k subs for sure!! Wth
Whhhaa?? That would be dope. ❤️
Agreed!

Gateron keycaps puller
Gray Studio are great vendors, super friendly and reliable.

To be honest, full foam build sounds the best. Clean sound.

Jzk brother!

Hmmmmm *checks wallet*
It does indeed!
ehh not a fan of constant re runs on keyboards, makes them less unique. Sound is mid too.
Envoy > Think 6.5
Interesting take. Envoy is def a dope board.
100% Envoy looks and sounds like a $500 board for under $200
@@Clackbait Appreciate the reply, I'm going to be building an Envoy with your Clackbait switches on Carbon Fiber.
I agree cant wait till my envoy arrive
Not at this price. Mode Envoy is much better
Comparing by price, it's hard to argue with that. BUT the Think is more premium from a fit and finish standpoint.
First
You've been waiting!
just bill a keeb 1MM and someone would buy it. Expensive boring keeb is bored I don't know why you even make an video out of it
