I thought Roger was agreeing with Steve, not blaming him. Throughout the whole song Roger is addressing "Daddy" as a third person. I think the "you" in this sentence is Daddy, not Steve.

I prefer American Dad to Family Guy a lot more these days. I just find the characters a lot more interesting and dynamic. It still has its similar shitty qualities (racism, rape jokes, etc.) but aside from a few shitty jokes here and there, it's just an all around genuinely funny show, unlike Family Guy.

Michelle Wilson All the main characters, really. They're all just way more interesting and involved than their Family Guy counterparts (Steve/Chris, Francine/Lois, Hayley/Meg, etc.) The Brian and Stewie dynamic is really the only thing that makes Family Guy semi-watchable these days.
