Biblical Sabbath according to the bible is Saturday not sunday.
How long are we to fast for?
Fast however long the Lord leads you to fast. That could be 12hrs, 24hrs, or 72hrs or even more.
You can fast everyday eat breakfast around 7-8am, lunch at 1.30-2pm and no more food until breakfast
