@Annie GetYourGun I have a problem from my right hand hip down to the knee. The doctor suggested that I do a knee replacement in 2012 which I refused. When I read Scriptures Mark 9: 29 and Luke 13: 10 - 13 I always hope that through Jesus Christ.. I listened to SP JF talking about Fasting - being hunger for Christ. Maybe I need to eat less I’m on a partial fast all plant based all clean just like Daniel fast except only one week this time. I haven’t been binging or anything but I do eat two or three plant meals a day and maybe a snack or two just like a piece of fruit. My tummy never growls. I’m having a lot of cravings for other things but I’m not starving. I still eat between 1200-1600 calories a day. Obviously no “comfort food” , though the food is good it’s just not my usual. I usually have a lot of sugar, meat, cheese, dairy, white carbs etc. so although I’m not starved of food in general I am deprived from things I was addicted to and this is going into day 7. Fasting in my past had brought sooo much breakthrough in my life.
Im in my first day of fasting it is tough cause i never want to sleep during the day but now that im fasting im nust sleepy i dont know why but i need to do this im tired of being empty im tired of this dept and I've been praying for two years for my daughter for a job so im just fasting im also tired of myself me myself and my way so pray for me pls pastor

Somebody pray for me for the burden that I bare is too much. I’m constantly receiving attacks from the spirit of snacks. I’m being tempted for the snacks! Help!
I use what Jesus said to the devil in Matthew 4:4 “it is written: man shall not live by bread alone...” you can add “snacks” alone 😅 or psalm 28:7 “the Lord is my strength...” these have helped in ways you will be surprised.
