I used the 4-2-3-1 with Cities current tactics in the PL today and OH MY WORD. I won 5-0 on FUT with 67% possession and 19 shots (16 on target). I’m an Arsenal fan too. Use Saka RM cutting in and Martinelli LM. Partey and Elneny double pivot. Elneny sitting and Partey as the box to box. Smith Rowe as the 10 then any striker will do.

If you want to use it on seasons, use this same formation and just adjust position of the wide players to LW and RW (sané instructions as before And convert the inside forwards to LAM and RAM (Free roam, Come back on defence, Get into box)
It sucks that we won't be seeing a career mode from you, yours is so different since it's so much more realistic with tactics and such. Understand your decision tho👍
