Salla I have to try banana bread your way. I just add my dry ingredients flour baking powder, baking soda cinnamon nutmeg and my wet ingredients butter sugar eggs vanilla banana combine dry with the wet but I need to try it your way it's looks good I have tried some of your ways of cooking we have similar methods as you know we are the descendants of African slaves so our forefathers had similar methods day past down love it 👍🏽❤❤😋😋🇧🇸

Is this your own recipe. I have never seen banana bread made this way before. You need to invest in a couple more loaf pans. You would be able to bake all at once and save on gas/electricity.
