Is a CRF450L good on a MX Track

I was at the Airway Heights Motocross MX Track and spent most of the day on the amateur track with the kids but I wanted to spin a few laps on the main MX track. Since they wouldn't come with me I took my CRF450l - RL over to the track and put in my first full laps in about 9.5 years. Its harder to do on a 450l compared to a 450r but honestly I was a bigger limitation than the bike was. If you have a CRF450RL give it a shot!
