If nurses have already passed the NCLEX when they apply with Shearwater, it usually takes 14-18 months for Kenyan nurses. If not, it's about 18-24 months.

Hi Sam! You are welcome to apply, but in most cases our recruitment team is only hiring Registered Nurses with a BSN. Good luck!
