sounds like it would fail even with the $1 million mega investment. alot of businesses can be started without a massive investment. I started mine with $50.
I like your content, but: 1. you need lights. Or move so you get sun in your face so you're not back-lit. 2. you need to turn off that waterfall (or just move to a more quiet location). I remember getting that exact advice from my father. Great entrepreneur too. Thank you! Edit: Um, the advice _you_ gave, not the two steps for better audio and lighting...
MJ thanks somuch for writing your book i just finished it today. ive read about 300 books on different subjects and as far as money goes yours are in the top 3 EVER !...im starting my 2nd company later this year im so glad i found your book!!!....o and i agree with you about the passion stuff i think most people misunderstand what your saying about it and give you crap about it ... godbless bro
Hey MJ! At the age of 32, I decided to be in the fastlane road. I just published my first RUclips video, and that's only the first step of a laaaarge amount of steps. I expect to see this comment ten years from now (that's the up limit) and watch the walk with proud that I decided well, and, of course, be financial free. Greetings from Argentina! ⭐⭐⭐
This video is awesome, I love his talk on the problem by problem approach. I've come to appreciate this concept as well, it is extremely important. Some examples of this: How do I build a website? First you have to buy a domain. Then what? Oh, I have to get a hosting plan, etc... Taking things one step at a time is how to get things done.
Thank you for your honest view on things, very refreshing! I am currently reading your book and i am hooked, i must say it is the best i have read in its genre.
I understand what you're saying but don't totally agree. Everything is not difficult and sometimes its just your thought process, its how you do things. If you think everything is difficult you may not get anywhere. For some if its something they love its easy for them whereas for someone else trying to do the same thing it may be hard. Yes you must learn the process of things, learn the steps, set goals, study, research etc.
Ciao Mj , i tuoi testi sono delle vere sveglie, però devo essere sincero, trovo difficoltà nell'attuazione , dei sistemi, ad esempio non è mica così semplice andare in estensione dei business senza un patrimonio ...
I don't think you should confuse simple with easy. Simple businesses can actually be highly effective... Think 'elegant solutions' as an example. What you mean is that if the barrier to entry is too low and too easy you should be cautious. Simplicity is not the enemy.
I would like to see one of these people go from no money to a millionaire being documented the whole way, I have seen too many of these all saying the same thing " stop thinking as a employee " "stop saying its too hard"
thefastlaneforum ... There are countless entrepreneurs documenting their journey, some are quite successful. It's interesting to read the old threads and follow their journeys from the beginning.
hey mj thanks 4 great vid. and if u are constantly getting comments & complaints re. ur lighting (or lack of), youtube "3 point lighting" or /watch?v=wVe-nsYm3f8 but ur content is so good i personally don't care.
if i become rich and write a book, i'll reccomend your books in it for sure man. and i'll say to only read 2 books a year or sth like that. reading books is the shittiest thing a wantrepreneur can do... i mean, 20 years ago entrepreneurs just DID stuff, they didnt read 50 books a year. PS: yes i was a wantrepreneur too. So cringy
Tnx for the great video and lessons, I enjoy and learn from each one! However I see one thing you could improve in your video. Your lightning is bad. Your face is too dark and background too light, so your face is almost not visible. I thought of that a couple of times before, well.. and this time I decided to tell you that. Cheers!

The harder it is, the better the opportunity. Expect it to be hard. Period! Thanks MJ.
You´re the best mentor for those of us who want to be an entrepreneur.
One thing I learned from starting startups execution is THE GAME not the idea. Great points as always.
Just a point of clarification mid-vid; the startup needed $1M+ total, they wanted $100-$200K investments from multiple individuals, including me.
And the CEO would prolly throw at least 50% into a nice index fund.
sounds like it would fail even with the $1 million mega investment.
alot of businesses can be started without a massive investment. I started mine with $50.
1) It's too hard
2) it's already been done
3) I don't know how
4) I wanna draw salary
5) my idea worth million
1 and 4 will break almost everyone
I bet this was hard too, but you pulled through anyway for a pleasant result👍

Makes him more authentic though, haha
MJ: Great Video! I am striving to get rid of my wantrepreneur mentallity.
Reading your book right now. Opened my eyes. I feel a bit conned for all the years I wanted to be the best employee possible.

Hey, how your company performed? Also, what are the other 2 books?
Good post ! You should have continued posting videos!
interesting... learning on a problem by problem basis, never thought of that.
I shall combine it with learning code from the book at the same time
Very factual video MJ. So grateful for it and for you. Thank you so kuch for this video and everything else!

Good advice. Short and to the point.

Excellent
This is gold content. People hate the truth this guy should have million subscribers and yet people don't give a fuck.
Thank you so much
People don’t hate truth they just hate hearing it, they like easy things and instant gratification
dude - you may be great at what you do - but video lighting is not your strong suit!
This is literally 11 years ago.
and that changes the rules of filming?
Ciao Mj , i tuoi testi sono delle vere sveglie, però devo essere sincero, trovo difficoltà nell'attuazione , dei sistemi, ad esempio non è mica così semplice andare in estensione dei business senza un patrimonio ...
Great insight--thnx!

thanks for this.
Well said.
Problem by problem process.
Are you interested in business or are you committed this the difference between wantrepeneur and entrepreneur
Saluti dalla Sardegna 😉👍
Yes MJ... yes!
I would like to see one of these people go from no money to a millionaire being documented the whole way, I have seen too many of these all saying the same thing " stop thinking as a employee " "stop saying its too hard"
Look up documentary "Crocodile in Yangtze" - it's a story about the startup of Alibaba Internet company from nothing to billionaire success
Drive down the road. Look around. See signs? See businesses? You can tell which ones are worth a lot of money.
thefastlaneforum ... There are countless entrepreneurs documenting their journey, some are quite successful. It's interesting to read the old threads and follow their journeys from the beginning.
Seems I'm an entrepreneur... ;)
How long can you delay gratification
for some people a lifetime.
Two toes, two thumbs up. The already been done complaint, even if it already exist do it a little better.
Where's there's a will there's a way.

If you need to learn something that will make your business better then reading a book is great but reading 50 books a year without goal is useless
interdasting
process are learning journey
Wow I just I realized I'm a wantrepreneur. What have I done with my time in life? So much went to waste...
Tnx for the great video and lessons, I enjoy and learn from each one! However I see one thing you could improve in your video. Your lightning is bad. Your face is too dark and background too light, so your face is almost not visible.

Wow
