I’m not yet an entrepreneur, I understood I didn’t knew how the entrepreneurial game is actually played so I got a job for a start-up. Over the past 18 months I’ve learned first hand about entrepreneurship and what it means. Evaluating my options now, will jump on one of them within 6 months. Love the daily videos c
I've come across people like this over the years and still do. Many of them try to con you somehow for their own personal selfless agenda. Action speaks much louder then people who talk big but can't ever back it up. There will always be the haters that can't stand someone succeeding well in life because that person is creating stability for themselves as well others into something. The truth is most haters aren't willing to put in the time and effort it takes to build something for themselves. Extreme ego, petty jealously, awful traits to have and gets you nowhere as long as you carry it. It'll keep you in the same toxic place. In my almost 40 years as a successful entrepreneur I'm not surprised anymore at the immature lengths that some people will try to put onto you to bring you down. Be humble with what your doing and do some good to help others who really need it if you can. Good video Andrew. Enjoy the content you put out on here. Have a great day and week ahead.
At first, I was 90% in agreement with you.... that turned to 100% when you mentioned you weren't talking about aspiring entrepreneurs who are just getting started.
We all have to start somewhere. I’m making money in my business now but I still see a rocky cliff in front of me. The only way over that cliff is mentors and knowledge.
There are all kinds of entrepreneurs, not all of them are equal. Some of them are building cutting edge technologies and aim at changing the world. Some others just want to grab quick money, no matter if the thing they are doing is legal or not, moral or not or even profitable or not. Entrepreneurship is brave because it's a great adventure out of the protection of stable income and going after the true value they treasure. It's like walking out of the castle, into the woods of unknown and sure no one staying inside the castle will understand unless they return with buckets of gold.
I love your analogy about the castle. That definitely can sum up what it's like sometimes as an entrepreneur. Especially in the beginning stages creating something new.
What I’ve noticed is the difference is those who are doing it are looking for those ahead of them. Those who are pretenders are just looking for ways to artificially raise themselves up. I’m finally making money from my business but my next step is to make it grow. I realize I have a long way to go.
Agreed Andrew, the haters are everywhere from everyone including but not limited to the wantrepreneurs...gotta guard the gates of the company you keep!
The only time i left you a comment i was giving you a congrats on talking about you relationship. and i consistently watch your videos. My point is. I 100% agree it is Very important to Stay far away from the negativity. Its 1 thing if a person is speaking to us To help prevent us from falling and failing. yet What you're speaking about is removing those Who offer us more negativity than anything else. we have to remove them for our lives
Don't ONLY make moves that makes everyone happy, but also Don't ONLY make moves that piss off as many people all the time. Sometimes you want to piss off people to filter out the wrong people and preserve the right types.
If you think the wantrepreneur who at least reads some books is bad the ones who snark, have no experience and don't educate themselves are even more frightening.
They are more dangerous when they want you to invest. I like the team approach where you back an investor and his newsletter and everyone wins or looses as the case may be.
Oops.. nice scenario, touchy topic. It looks like a ranting video but you were shooting it outdoors.. I get your point Andrew, those wantrepreneurs are so annoying.. 🧐
I literally paused the video and went to grab a copy of "Purple Cow" lol. I love business books. 32 read and counting. Books and courses are a cheat code for life. Less of the fluffy "purple cow" stuff though and more of the meatier technical books like: Nail it, then scale it and the Phoenix Project. I do have an MBA too though (which admittedly was worthless). I have been at business a while too. I guess I do meet the basic requirements to be a wantrepreneur. I guess I should take a long hard look in the mirror. I've failed in pretty much every way you can at this point. But have a little to show for it too I guess. I'm in my last year of medical school and worked out a full scholarship with my med school. I think my online business venters have been slow to start, but I've also traveled to 33 countries (26 of which for free). I guess success is how you measure it. I won't say I've been an online tycoon just yet. But I have climbed some big mountains (Literally Everest base camp, twice :p). I don't know. I guess it's hard to tell where to stand exactly from the heat, action and vantage point of the arena itself. Would be nice to have a longer "If you're XYZ.... you might be a wantrepreneur" segment. Haha. I don't criticize other businesses though. I analyze them to see what works and why and how and try to learn from their successes and failures and if I offer any advice, it's always with the hope they will use it to succeed. Plus money alone isn't a great guide as to who is successful or not. I know people who "made it" but it wasn't sustainable, or they earned and sold well but they basically conned people into buying a product or service they didn't need. I do admire the ones who have done well and didn't sell their soul to get there. Big kuddos to them. Anyways, great video. Thanks bro. Money is kind of an after thought though. I really just want to try and make the world a better place.
I feel you bro, but there are some real people here still. I think most people in Bali are just early stage, but also because living is so cheap people stay in first gear here because less pressure
@@simonhill6267 Yes exactly, but usually quite big attitudes. I almost bought land in Bali to build a villa, but changed my mind at the last moment. Buying land in Montenegro end of this month instead. Will just rent when I go to Bali, and will not stay for more than a month at a time either. Join the Bali expat groups and you'll quickly realize how toxic these wantrepreneurs are.

Those that can't do teach... Or in this case criticize.
Gary veee himself can't do shit..he's making more money off pep talks then he could ever do in his iwn business...yeah he can't do so he preaches
One of the best ones yet! Great insights and advice as always.

Wow Anderson, a video per day! You are serious on that.
Did know they had a name. Know few of them.
Hello! Saved this video in 3 different playlists. Thanks....Gold
Thanks for sharing, Margy.
I needed this today man. Thanks
That Lacoste Polo is Niceeeeeeeeeee
Thanks 👕
How do you make contacts as a digital entrepreneur? Where do you socialize? etc. Thanks
Good question Margy. There are a lot of expat communities in most big cities. You wont have to search too hard to find interesting people to meet
@@nomadcapitalist Oh great😃I feared the idea of being lonely. I am fine now.
Ship is sailing!
there's many of those in Bali and Ho Chi Minh... that's why I don't live in those places anymore.
The "less than usual suspects" are generally better for that reason.

I remembered hearing about those types are narcissistic
Well said!
Just go to any coworking space in Bali or Thailand and the place will be full of them :D
Great content. Thank you.
Interesting that it's a culture-wide problem. I was going to say "welcome to the music industry," but apparently it's broader than that.
Wish there were a way to connect with your community and find like minded entrepreneurs. I would really like to meet a like minded partner. 🙁
This is on point.
Is that Lake Garda? People do suck.
Too many try to do a 24 karat walk with 9 karat feet.
They always have rich parents.
Lacoste t-shirt and black sunglasses damn boy you are so deep 💓
Ty 😇🌈🐣
Don't take advice from people unless they have made there first million..
Wantrepreneurs = someone working a CIA front?
I only talk to people with over 80,000 subs...
Sup bro!
You look better in lighter color shirts?
🤣🤣 @ your coined phrase wantrepreneurs
