  • Hello everyone,
    🧘👉yoga and exercises cures fibroid and its symptoms.
    As yoga lower the BMI and reduce the amount of estrogen.
    FIBROID is a type of tumors in female reproductive system.
    it is also called UTERINE MYOMAS, LEIOMYOMAS, OR fibromas.
    FIBROID is made of smooth muscle cells and fibrous connective tissues and develop in uterus.
    some fibroid develope in childbearing age
    or years.
    symptoms: * heavy painful bleeding
    *lower abdominal pressure and bloating
    *fibroid can cause infertility too in some cases.
    etc.
    Reason of fibroid:* Genetic,
    *irregular reproductive hormones secretion,
    *Bad living style,
    * lack exercises,
    *unhealthy diet or food
    etc.
    yogas during pregnancy:
    1) BUTTERFLY,
    2) ABDOMINAL BREATHING,
    3) SUPPORTED SETU BANDHASAN,
    4) SUPPORTED BADDHA KONASAN,
    5)LEGS UP THE WALL OR VIPRIT KARNI.
    YOGAS FOR ALL TO CURE FIBROID:
    1) BUTTERFLY,
    2) ABDOMINAL BREATHING,
    3) SETUBANDHASAN,
    4)BOAT POSE OR NOKASAN,
    5) DHANURASAN,
    6) SARVANGASAN
    7)LEGS UP THE WALL
    8) BHUJANGASAN,
    9)CAT POSE,
    10)JANUSIRASAN
    etc.
    Do yogasan regularly. As yoga and exercises cures fibroid and shrink it.
    even all diseases cured by yogasan as it supplies a lot of oxygen and improve blood circulation in internal organs.

    Mam mera 2month complete in pregnancy but mere uterus mein intramural fibroid 7×4.5 mm hain kya ye yoga mein shiru kr skti hu isse mera fibroid thik ho jauega plz mam reply me

      Ager yoga daily routine kiya jaye, at least 45 minutes, and healthy diet le, tab thik ho jayega

      During pregnancy must avoid forward bends, and can do easy Yoga .

      Yes these are safest pose for first trimester, but after sometimes should avoid cause pressure to stomach as Bhujangasan, Dhanurashan, all poses are safe for first trimester..I will upload video soon in next week..for guidance

      I have intra mural fibroid with pregnancy, these yogasanas are reducing the size of fibroid? Please 🙏🙏 tell me

      @@ramalaxmigovindh2189 yes yogasan helps to reduce size of Fibroid, in pregnancy do safest yoga and eat only healthy foods and fruits, avoid eating junk food completely, Take care

    Mai 2 month pregnant hu mai he asan daily kar rahi hu esse pakka fibroid kam hata hai madam?

      Yes..fibroid ki size decrease hoti hai..iske sath aur bhi yoga pose hai..

    Me apki he exercise 2 months se kar rahi hu. Me pregnent bhi hu. Aur fibroid bhi hai. Ab 5 month hai aur kitne mnth tak karna hai he exercise. Mera fibroid to toda kam huha hai esse.

      After 5 months you should do selected yogashan..I will upload video soon on Saturday evening, on safe yoga poses after 5 months....because there is a lot of pose to avoid after 5 months..thank you for sharing ❤

      Apki fibroids ka size kitna tha meri 39 mm ki h apki zyada h ya meri plz btaye mujhe conciv nhi ho raha kbse try kr rhi hu 😭😭😭

      Morning empty stomach..aur yoga ke 45 minutes ke bad hi kuchh khana chahiye...ya evening me 4 hours after lunch kar sakte ho yoga

      You can do two time in a day..but repeat pose twice at least in a time..

      You can, after one month of pregnancy should avoid only the forward bend pose .

      @user-dd5ir7do5h If pregnant women are healthy then they can do it throughout the pregnancy, I did. But if there are some health issues then one should avoid yoga after 6 months of pregnancy, only the legs up the wall pose is the safest pose throughout the pregnancy.

      @@bhartinarwariya7930 I shared two links..do yoga easily, if you will feel any difficulty to do any pose then don't force organs to do, practice carefully..do pranayam and yogas daily and must take healthy diets..

      @@firedtopx-suit3015 mujhe fibroid nhi hui, aur koi bhi diseases aajtak childhood se nhi hui, mai life me koi medicine nhi li, kyonki mai yogashan daily karti hu aur jo koi bhi yoga karta hai unki diseases cure hoti hai, fertility improve hoti hai..
