I went to the Phonak site and they had nothing but jargon about their corporate mission, sustainability... blah-blah-blah... and all I wanted was a little bit of clarification on how to do this for the first time. I gave up on their site, leaving a comment saying that'd I "just go to RUclips for support... since they haven't any." Kinda sad, wot? Your instructions/video were perfect, thank you!

How can I manually remove the wax filter from the wire if it doesn't come out into the receiver opening? Is it safe to use alcohol to clean opening on wire. I'm assuming it's due to wax. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Am told by my hearing aid provider that I’m the only one having issues. Excuses are made: defective disks, incorrectly installed wires.. what! I find it hard to believe that I’m the only one in the clinic having problems. My warranty is up next year. I will go elsewhere to get my hearing aids.

Hi Steve, each CeruShield Disk has eight fresh CeruShield wax filters and eight positions for used filters. You can rotate the cover of the CeruShield Disk to see the empty spots (marked with 1) as well as the available new CeruShields wax filters (marked with 2).
Shame on Phonak. I purchased mine from Costco that require no filter maintenance. Next, I purchase Phonaks thru Medicare for my 94-year old mother. Neither of us have the eyesight, manipulative skill and memory to work with this filter receptacle that is difficult to turn. Phonak will not be under consideration for a future purchase.

Can never get this to work. have to change it manually with needle. Filter does not align for removal. Replacement will not click in.

Cerushield filter broke apart rather than popping out into the receiver hole in the disk tool, how do I get it out now?
I cannot get the wax filter out and I cannot put the domes back on there is some kind of a piece of plastic is red and I think says 2 this is Audicus
