I don't see it dying anytime soon. I think the one thing it could improve is the same thing about 99% of all suburban shopping malls (at least in North America) could improve on is access via means other than by car. Though I will give it credit, there is highway transit access that takes you almost directly to the front of the mall... I haven't tried it before so IDK how good/reliable that is.
My boyfriend's dad helped design this mall. He has a memory of walking around in hard hats before any stores were set up. We live not too far from there 😀. Thanks for sharing!
I lived in the Lone Tree neighborhood when Park Meadows Mall was built. I loved this mall! I did most of my shopping there and in the surrounding area. I think the timeless architecture is what makes this mall so successful along with the excellent upkeep. I'm glad to see it's still doing so well. By the way, I enjoyed seeing all the Christmas decorations you captured in your video. Thanks!
i love this mall i used to live in colorado springs but my auntie and cousins lived near there this will stay around for years to come you can tell its thriving unlike others
Oh this is the mall I grew up with (and still frequent)! What I love about this mall is there are plenty of places to sit down. When I was a teenager my Nana would sit near the fireplace by Nordstrom and just let my sister and I go shop until we were ready to leave. The weirdest part about this mall is that there are two Sunglasses Huts... like you can see the one on the first floor from the one on the second floor it's weird.
I live in wash park. I love the Cherry Creek Mall. It has good parking. But this other mall is a Rector in the holiday and frankly, I don’t know unless I lived in the neighborhood. I sure wouldn’t go out of my way.
Beautiful mall! I love the ceiling design a lot. I’d probably find myself in the area around the 11:52 mark if I visited this mall, being the WHBM loyalist I am 😉
Yeah the carpet replacement is blander, but at least it isn't Hull mall level ugly lol. Great video, and the Christmas decorations are nice as well. I also really like the outdoor section, of this mall.
What are your thoughts on Park Meadows Mall, and what do you think it’s future holds?

It’ll thrive for awhile. It’s an affluent part of town near two main highways.

My favorite mall!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
It's one of my favorites as well!
I was worried this mall would be going the way of all my other childhood malls, but it’s nice to see that it’s still doing very well business-wise.
Wow this mall is beautiful! I love these malls out west.
It really is! Something about malls in the Western US is really a treat.
