Could you mention when you started the CDT and the date on your videos ?
I am a french hiker who hikes the CDT in 2022 (section from Crazy cook monument to Rawling).
Enjoy your hike 😊
I’m not a hiker, but I am KEEN for Chapter 2 🎉 keep up the great narration!

I would love to attempt the CDT some day but not sure it will ever happen for me. This is the first one I have watched starting in the south and working north. Looking forward to watching your adventure unfold. Kuddos

I hope so too!
New sub here. Looking forward to your adventure. Hoping to start mine in 2025.
Best of luck!
You're off to a good start. Enjoy Silver City and the Gila River coming up.
Love your rating system👍😀 looking forward to following your hike. Would be great to see you hook up with energizer. You both have great attitudes.
Another great video! Looking forward to the next installment 👏🏼
How come Lordsburg lost a backpack?
A little too spread out. No hiker likes walking extra miles 😃
Nicely done. I did that hike last month and you helped me remember the good parts.
I am a senior citizen hiker in the extreme. I section hiked from Crazy Cook up to about 10 miles from Doc Campbells. I found the section from outside of Lordsburg to NM-90 to be the most mind-numbing. Like you, I tried siesta'ing under a tree in a drainage, but during my time in dreamland a mouse helped himself to my pack. Only caused a bit of damage, got nothing as a reward. Trail gets better after SC.
