60/120s, leg blasters, 10 minute pushup drill, and 10 minute sit up drill. If you don't know: Leg blasters 1 round is 20 squats 20 split squats/lunges 20 jumping squats 20 jumping split squats Do this 3 times. Pushup/sit up drill Do 10 pushups/15 situps per minute for 10 minutes. So one set every minute. If 10 or 15 is too easy. Increase the reps. The 60/120s are great and leg blasters will destroy you
@@crystasurchek2989 60/120 means 60 seconds running as hard as you can followed by 120 seconds of a fast walk. Interval several times for the workout. There is also 30/60s which is 30 seconds of running and 60 seconds of walking.
Dude, I'm a big guy, been so all my life, but when I started working out again part of it was running, wanted the benefits it provides, I'm a little under 3 bills but even I can do 60/120s. It's gotta be genetic for some people, my family on one side are all heavy, mostly short, I'm heavy but 6'3 and take to exercise like I was born for it. Wish I'd got an earlier start, now I'm just looking to up my game with new workouts. My grandfather was army during 'Nam, god bless.
Have my waivers out rn for the army, been using the time in the gym, rotating arms and legs, im on day 38 of 100+ pushups before bed, doing 10 mile bike rides daily and capping every workout with a 16:00 minute 2 mile run
