Critical thinking i believe is underpinned by whether one thinks if something (thought) is good or bad .. how does one decide? In my opinion there is no such thing as "good" or "bad", cuz if something that one decide is good may be only good in the short run that turns into a bad thing in the long run and vice versa. All this though is just my opinion / thought .. as our mind is a mysterious trickster, it's very good at inventing things / thoughts .. 😉😉

@@growtothetopGood work! Hard work, of course! But you might want to be mindful of removing or asking your AI not to use the Ai-overused words, such as embark, journey, unlock, navigate, landscape, delve, etc. These words are not generally overused, but the way AI uses them is mostly waffling. You can also try using some scholarly references to bring credibility. For example, Elder and Paul (1994) defines CT as the ability to take charge of one's own thinking. Anyways, nice reading. I wish I had voiceover skills such as yours. Good luck.

There is critical thinking and there is imagination. A large proportion of the population perceive the world through the eye of imagination. Critical thinkers instinctively distrust the imagination; after all, from out of imagination come fantasy, mythe, make believe, ghosts and so on. Little wonder that critical thinkers rule the world while the imagining masses are entertained, which I suppose is appropriate since they do all the work and expect to be rewarded. Pampering to their imaginations is all it takes to motivate them out of bed each morning.
Imagination is actually necessary to achieve anything in life. From out of imagination comes manifestation. Everything you see in this physical reality existed in someone’s imagination before manifesting into the physical plane. Imagination is not inherently bad. It’s only bad if you have a monkey mind and no follow through. Without it, we would be able to create NOTHING as humans.
What you're saying is like telling us that carbohydrate is more important and better than protein! Or that protein is more important than carbohydrate. But it's just not true. We can't survive without both. We need all of them. You need both critical thinking and Imagination to become all you were created to be.
People who rely only on critical thinking find it difficult to create anything. They can critique but not create. Creation needs imagination. So a balanced person needs both.
