You could have gone for 7+gen 2 which is in poco f5 and made by tsmc for 30000 and below price point cause the optimisation for snapdragon are crazy good.
Just clicked on the video to find out what processor the Phone (2a) is equipped with, but unexpectedly ended up learning a lot. This was fun! Loving the transparency.
Enough talk! Let's see it!
i love how this company is just so transparent, i love it, i currently have an xperia 1 v but i think in the next few year i'll heavily consider a nothing phone
RIP custom rom support and gcam. If they worked with mediatek on the kernel level. If they both come to some agreement to release kernel sources just like snapdragon, people can make roms for it. So people can install custom roms for long term usage. I don't know if they can. If they can, it would be amazing.
?
Yup, hope they won't do any more mediatek phones.
Who cares
yeah it's probably worst for some people who's like to costum rom, but for people around UK that should be fine
@@nandha-one9819I care
I bought the phone 1 back in December/Novenmber 2022, and i must say i am a big fan. I still use it to this day, but i cant let it go even tho the Phone 2 is here. I love the work keep it going, and im exited to see the 2a very soon!
Nice video I appreciate the transparency 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah, it's called building up trust.
You feel like you will buy nothing phone lol
Wow! Just simply amazing how you guys explained the tech and reason why. Thumbs up! 👍👍
Could've gone with the 7+gen2 :(
Yeah lol
Raymond explain everything very nicely..😊❤
I might get nothing phone 2a if I a good price
@@JohnHyperpopI’m using galaxy s10 rn, and it works stunningly tbh, but I’m considering upgrading because it doesn’t have 5G, high refresh rate screen, big battery and software updates. The iPhone 11 even lacks OLED display, type c port and has ancient bezels.
What a trash talk, iPhone 11 is never faster 😂, maybe in your dreams xD
@@JohnHyperpop nobody is going to buy an old ass iPhone from 2019 bro
I hope nothing phone 2a is well built
@@JohnHyperpop you're way too quick to judge. the phone isnt even out yet. if you want to compare spec, edge 40 uses 8020, not 9300. and the 7200 is pretty much similar to 8020 except the 8020 is less efficient. 7200 ultra is faster than sd778g+ which NP1 has and it never lag on me.
Okay, I don't think I have ever gotten to know this much information even from a tech RUclipsr....
Love the team of nothing to bring such insights for us the users 😊😊
I want Nothing to make a great translucent/transparent looking mechanical keyboard now! I would love a pinch of red and blue opaque keycaps in between other transparent key caps for those Red and Blue keys would be awesome!
Watching on Phone 2..... Can't believe they manage to keep the software so light but RAW computing in this phone so buttery smooth and fast
Quick question, is the Dimensity 7200 Ultra and 7200 pro are the same chipsets or are they a new line of chipsets specifically designed for 2a, because I am not finding anything about the pro chipsets on the internet.
7200 pro is like exclusive soc made for phone 2a for better software and hardware integration.
Yes, it's a custom chipset exclusive to the 2a designed together by Nothing and Mediatek. Listen from 5:09 it is explained the difference.
nobody knows for sure. its not out yet for people to test. it could be rebranded 7200 Ultra or a custom chipset that sits between normal and Ultra variant in terms of performance.
well it doesn't matter i would rather go for poco x6 pro with dimensity 8300 ultra for the same price phone 2a is going to launch@@miru2583
@@sanjaylord Thanks!
Great look for forward to 2a just got my ear2 a week ago love them ❤ respect from an 63 old guy from Denmark. 😊

We need Raymond again.. and need a detail about the phones.. and upcoming phones..
Im so hyped
Key points that hopefully won't be overlooked:
"Smart Clean" - If you're a long term phone user, you'll less likely to experience your phone being/feeling slower overtime
"File transfer w/ Windows" - New SoC allows file transferring at the 'kernal level', with adaptive NTFS, you'll get 'twice' the transfer speeds
All in all, this just seems like the perfect phone for consumers that just want's a solid phone that does all the basics and exceeds them. Long lasting battery life, that'll continue in perf like the day you bought it.
Transparency = ✅ green flag
I love what you guys are doing. It's great to provide such transparency to your customers. I wish you'd make a 6.1"ish sized phone and I'd be all over it.
Good point. I am open to receiving alms please 🙏🏽
Why not 7+ gen2 this soc is a lowkey legendary
i guess they want to press the budget and get focusing on improving trough software
@@Izvmiiyeah
I guess that too
People you need to understand, the person who was answering has considered what will be best for users... He even said on paper score doesn't mean much, really good person
Carl Bhai😎
I'm a proud user of nothing phone 2 user. At the first time using this phone I've found some issues but after 2 or 3 updates, this is a perfect phone. Keep up the great work!!! I'll change my phone to nothing 5 maybe in the future.
they are targeting indian market.
How do you know
I am so excited for this launch hope all goes well! I am rooting for you guys to do well! Congrats on everything!
Snaptek dimensicomm 7880 g plus ultra 👍🏻
🤣
Bruh no more
They are so nature and friend, good products with excellent team!!!

It's amazing that the brand is actually invested in the users and putting a lot of effort into each and every detail
1 like = 1 minute of meditation (i really need this)
I am seriously considering dropping iPhone and switching over to Nothing. I love everything about this company
7200 pro
Nothing is my favourite mobile company, things like community-open, free to work with actual users of their products, i think almost no one in the industry can brag about it
Is cool to see all this behind the scenes stuff. Still loving my phone(1) tho!
Man I'm so damn impressed by Nothing! If this company stays this much transparent and open, they're definitely going places then. ✨
This Mobile company Transparency at its peak 💯✨ very informative Indeed.!
Great work by doing regular cleaning of memory and removing the overhead of converting NTFS to ExFAT, apart from obviously using a better chipset which everyone is talking about.
Thanks for explaining why phone feels slower over period of time.
Wow! I like this kind of Marketing, they are actually explaining why they choose certain components over others! It gives the impression that they are actually serious about every product they launch. My next phone will surely be from the "house of nothing".
@nothing , India is a big market, day by day apple dominating India market, now Indian people accepting the apple products because of security, brand value n camera n video quality ,so mostly majority in India is middle class family,so if you sale between 20 -25 thousand u will get success i hope
Super hyped to hear the move to a faster chipset. Nothing is the fastest innovating company!
This company is a doing a lot right when it comes to building community!!
Raymond is cool with explaining stuff man 😎
It’s so good to see what are the new insights and perspectives of the people working in the industry itself and thank you to the nothing team for making such good content
Nothing compares to Nothing Technology ❤❤✌️
Now I'm intrigued. The Nothing Phone (2a) might be the best midranger in 2024, but we'll have to wait for the price.
You made super job guys. Bought 2A in black and im very happy with the phone. Thank you guys!
