GALERIES LAFAYETTE BERLIN: LANG LANG AND BERLIN, A TRUE LOVE STORY
Lang Lang on the 19th of January 2015 in Berlin. A great event, a world premiere. The launch of his fragrances, a worldwide exclusivity with a prestigious partner: Galeries Lafayette Berlin.
Working closely with the French company "Art in A Bottle", the genius artist has created a magic world, where perfume and music, yin and yang, women and men are connected by a fantastic harmony in a unique moment to share his emotions through two amazing fragrances, one for HER, and another for HIM.
Two amazing olfactive compositions orchestrated in three movements like a piece of music: a fresh and spicy opening, a jasmin heart as a chorus, and a splendid woody finale.
Two masterpieces as personal gifts from the artist, subtly encapsulated in a beautiful bottle, scarved like a piano, in soft curves, like the flow of his music. A total new approach to the fragrance world.
Lang Lang 2017 Fragrances at Galeries Lafayette Berlin no doubt surprised the market. One of the best pianists of our time released his perfume. Discover the Amazing Lang Lang Fragrances. Stay tuned , - SUBSCRIBE, IF YOU INTERESTED OF CLASSICAL MUSIC.

This Masterclass is already professional level+, the kid played really good and was able to understand and crystallise Lang Lang’s suggestions
The boy is playing so good.
His first performance was too insane he almost came too prepared for the class 😅 what a talent
Hats off to this kid, this kid is going to be the best, Lang Lang, the best for now!
Haha they're all rubbish compared to Russian
12:52 pretty sure strings have that melody, not the horns.
Wooowww this boy is such a gooood Talent
Might just be the microphone but the sound of the piano in this room is so dead
And nobody is asking himself who is possible to play patatatatatatatattatata in g# and c#😭
I think Lang Lang's advice stems from a sensitive place. He cares about the music in itself and not all the pretence that comes with interpretation. Is his advice groundbreaking? No. Is it highly sophisticated and well articulated? Not his style, not his language.
That being said, I don't think the student would retain much from this masterclass.
Lang Lang's teaching style suits one-on-one regular lessons, not a one-off event. A masterclass should introduce the student to intricate concepts about the composition, the philosophy behind each note, and above all, bring the piece to life through storytelling. That way, when a student recalls on his masterclass, he can reflect on much more than "tarataratarata"
Wow! The first guy needs accents and more variety in phrasing ; takes direction excellently :difficult to change after a year of working on music ! The first guy needs to differentiate the sections of Alborado and needs Panache for this kind of music : needed a lot more color, vibrancy , detail and imagination .
12:08 💀😂
и что мы услышали? что здесь и там нужно играть более джези? это все что можно сказать?
what is the name of this player
It’s Shuheng Zhang!
0:01 please anybody give me the name of this piece
schumann smuggler
@@Franz_Liszt_Korean thank you so much.

В переводе "Контрабандист" Шумана)
The boy is talented but you can see that he isn’t playing any emotion in the piano, it so dull. Its sounds straight up robotic… Ravel is to be put up with great emotion, I just can’t feel it in him. Although these flaws, it is a good performance
Pianist Bertrand Chamayou, who is a master in Ravel from the Miroirs to the Piano Concerto, in my opinion played with so much more emotion and expertise, very much Ravel-like.
yeah it sounds like a MIDI
The young man has technique, but his performance lacks all French style that is essential to this piece.
There was a shit ton of mistakes in the song. That's probably what Lang Lang was getting at when he asked how long the kid had been working on it.
It's not like I can play it though. I would love to do it sometime. I will probably not even be able to do as well as the kid.
Can confirm as someone who has performed the Ravel many times, lots of missed notes in the later, more technically challenging passages
That being said, it's an extremely difficult piece and I enjoyed his musicianship overall, lovely work just needs some polishing
I believe Sviatoslav Richter plays the piece the best possible way. As pretty much all of the piano repertoire)). He doesn't play actually, he paints the nature with the use of sounds. Just trying to copy him I think is a good idea.
Check out Andre Laplante's recording.
Dinu Lipatti
Bertrand Chamayou as well!
I feel nothing from his performance... this is supposed to deliver a morning vibe.. fresh and lively.. the beginning is so weak.
It’s an excellent performance, but not French style
Music ought not to be limited to just one style, in my opinion.
It has Spanish influence anyways
Ravels alborada is based on spanish music so its not a surprise that it doesnt sound french
could you elaborate what you mean by French style? Not provoking you. Just curious!
Not interesting at all : very Spanish , jazzy oh really Lang Lang ? We need more :-) Ravel s music is not here
A truly horrible lesson with very bad advices. This man is grotesquely superficial.
Ahahahah who are you? Can you play the piano better than Lang Lang?
@@simonemarri2821 yes but that’s irrelevant. So from all the 9 billion people on the planet only ones who can play the piano better than Lang Lang are allowed to have an opinion about him? Wow your logic is superb.
@@kekikyavuz You and all the lang lang haters can have your opinion, but please keep it to yourself. Your comment has no credibility. 'Horrible lesson with very bad advices'? You have no idea what you are talking about. Why is his lesson horrible? Why is the advice bad? Based on your comment, it seems like you are not competent enough and lack the musical understanding to grasp what lang lang is trying to teach.
@@1v1105 no, i actually don’t have to keep it to myself and you can’t tell me to. Don’t read if you don’t like it.
I personally think this is a really bad lesson with advices that are superficial to plain wrong and contrary to the music itself. I also think that you’re not knowledgeable enough to understand what I mean. But I’m not going to tell you to keep your uneducated opinion to yourself.
@@kekikyavuz Fair enough. I won't ask you to keep your mouth shut. But, still, ask yourself this- do you really understand the music? Do you play this piece? And you didn't really answer my question. What makes it superficial? How is it contrary to the music? His advice really makes sense to me. 'Play cleanly', 'dont play repeated things the same', all things that many qualified musicians say and do.
