Today's chart feat aren't the same. Back in the days before streaming, Billboard Hot 100 was determined by 50% airplay and 50% sales. The thing about sales was that they were physical singles that you had to buy from a record store. Because if this, singles were released one at a time. I'm not impressed with singers who have top ten hits which because of the way the Hot 100 is determined now. Chart rankings are based on sales (physical and digital), online streaming, and radio play in the U.S).

I swear we must have been born around the same time. Many of your charts match what I would had on my chart. I used to make a 100 chart for myself for many years. I always felt like I was a bit strange for doing that. It's cool that you do it as well. I wish I neve4 stopped. I think the difference lays into the current chart. There is so much current music that I just don't ĺike. I miss fun pop songs so much. I want to say thank you for putting so much work into your videos. I'm sure it take a good chunk of your time editing and putting it all together. I never skip anything you post because I like to see others point of view. You have really introduced me to some of the gems out there today. Once again thank you?
Great. Now do it with including only actual singles, no features and no album bombs so its on the same playing field since Billboard's rules changes in 1991. Streaming numbers heavily sets this so off.
Great job, but these lists had an actual interest up to before steaming....Artists like Whitney, Madonna , Mariah Janet, Celine would have at least 100 each with todays chart methods.
There’s only 1 Queen… Taylor is not comparable to Madonna.. Madonna in her era couldn't release all the singles on an album….We would have 100 hits singles for her!!!
She's a big star but the only reason she's anywhere near Whitney on this chart is because the chart rules are completely different now. All of Whitney's songs were bona fide hits. The same can't be said for Nicki, Taylor, Cardi, and the other ladies who peaked in the streaming era.
This isn't a contest, nor should it be a platform for diminishing other women. Whitney was exceptional, as are the other remarkable women. Despite the rules, both have achieved something remarkable, a feat achieved by fewer than 5% of those entering the industry, regardless of gender. Let's shift our attention away from pitting women against each other and instead celebrate their triumphs over adversity and their incredible achievements.

Times of Rihanna, JLo, Ciara, Britney, Christina > Times of Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Dua Lipa, Meghan The Stallion, Ariana Grande, Olivia Rodrigo, Tyla etc.

Rules of Billboard's changes now allow to colect much more top 10 songs (not hits). In other times wasn't that easy.

Most of nicki minajs are features which to me shouldn't count. Whitney was the main artist. It's just not comparable whatsoever.
