If you are going to take vitamins be sure to drink your coffee first then wait two hours to take vitamins. Coffee(caffeine) blocks absorption of vitamins.

Kianga Reed my blender is Hamilton beach, and the coffee is an Arabic brand that I order from someone, so I don’t if it’s available to buy online. But if you search for alkaline coffees there are so many options online!

I have 6 kids and girlfriend, my sister and her boyfriend who also live with me and my sister and her boyfriend get up latter the me, the kids and my girlfriend get up earlier than they do so we have to quiet it morning
