Consistency, taking small actions, and showing up' does make sense. She is trying to be just over smart or thought-provoker, but I am sorry to say it's nothing but a pseudo-talk. No offense.

She is saying something does not make sense when it comes to choosing a career; she is just asking for imagining, which is nothing but an illusion. Environment plays an important part; opportunities, and then just thinking about being somewhere in a place is not going to help someone. Building castles in the air is futile. Hmm 🤔
Ali Abdal, who decided to move from a medical career, a doctor, to media life, though I respect his decision, is here giving others advice on career choices. Juxtaposition. This shows you need to do what you like not what you need to do. Hmm 🤔
