Coach Spo can pick 5 players from the street and make NBA playoffs....thats how good Spo and Heat are. After Lebron, they still continue to go deep. Unheard.
Heat were lucky to win one game in the 2023 Finals … ditto, Round 1 of the 2024 Finals … his 2 Championships were with a stacked Heat team in 2012 & 2013 (the latter thanks to a clutch 3 from Ray Allen that saved them from defeat), and then they had their asses handed to them by the Spurs (Coach Pop) in the 2014 Finals rematch … … …
True -- at the highest of stage, his abilities were overshadowed by the overwhelming circumstances. But hey, this is the NBA, if a guy who is getting paid 15 million and is not even standing on the court can change everything singlehandedly. Then, like Kenny Smith would put it "Let's go home" 😅
actually it was a Sign & Trade.... Lebron was a free agent, but ended up signing with the Cavs then being traded to the Heat for some second-round picks in order for him to get the "5th" year.... Pat Riley being a gentlemen didn't want to leave the Cavs empty handed.... So it was "technically" a trade..
Hater Alert...Stop the Cap! Spo won 3 chips. 2 with the Super Team and one with Shaq and Wade...That's it! So all this crazy super out coaching everyone cap has to stop! Because what good is all that Culture talk without winning? Oh they play hard. They play defense! Great...want a cookie? It doesn't translate to Championships so what are we talking about?
And what does that explain about last season where this man not only took a team that only had Jimmy Butler and Bam To literally the NBA finals. And this team had a full-on amount of talent that were undrafted wasn't All-Star material or anywhere close to that yet this is the team that took out the number one team and number two team of the East and at least make it to the finals and it wasn't just because of Jimmy Butler but you need that type of coaching from literally to help that team go through the playoffs and may I remind you this was a team that wasn't thought of making it this far because they were dealing in the play in tournament. Eric is that type of coach that help despite of what you say that he was part of a super team. You need that type of coach to help and create that team to move forward to win that biggest prize and goal which is the championship and do all the history of many coaches that been in super teams that have failed to do it. Eric was able to do it as well.
It's crazy how this man hasnt won coach of the year
Facts
Cuz those title only does in regular season. Spos genius tactics goes out during the playoffs
Why would he?! You must heave your Heat blinders on …
@@kentymashmilo758no it’s bc the heat haven’t been the clear best team in the league over recent years, and wasn’t respected by most during LeBron era

Exactly … nothing to do with his coaching when they get routed … only when he’s coaching a stacked or talented team that wins … 🙃 🤷🏻♂️
