Mayflower 560 Tire Machine Assembly

Here is the Mayflower 560 tire machine assembly. It was rather straightforward and not too difficult. Definitely worth a peak...these machines seem to be a good value for the money!

The rubber o-ring is to seal the fitting. It's a straight thread (NPS). The other fitting that you have is a tapered thread (NPT). The straight thread seals using the o-ring, where the tapered thread seals on the threads as you tighten it. Using an NPT fitting is not what you're supposed to use, but it works 99.99% of the time without issue....

Hi! We just received our set. I read the instructions and it says to empty the oil and take the bolt out of the little container by the air hose hookup…? Makes no sense to us? You didn’t empty it either, at least in the video. So do we just leave that little compartment alone?

I didn't make sense of it either. I left it as it was, hooked up everything and used it. No issues so far! I'm still not sure how to initially calibrate the balancer though. I asked the company and they had no specific answer. So if they don't know how to do it and what to use...how are we?

@@whatsnext8825 Thank You for the fast response! And the wonderful video! My husband said they sent a 2oz weight with his and he thinks that’s what it’s for, to balance. He doesn’t have it together yet so he could be wrong. He said if he figures it out he’ll lyk since you was kind enough to help us/others with this video!

It says you need a rim and new tire. Hub centric rim....I asked what they recommend and they basically said best of luck🤣🤣

@@heather81280 15x6 CAR rim and tire. I had a trailer tire I was able to use...NOT the rim though.
